Morgan State University- Harper-Tubman House — Attraction in Baltimore

Unorganized. Right hand don't know what the left is doing. Overbooked housing. Students paid their deposits and still don't have housing. Students were told if they had one dose of the vaccine they could attend school. Got there one person said you could attend class, another said no. Student asked about refunding housing deposit. It will take six weeks. Meanwhile student has to return home until second dose of vaccine. And to find housing. Also asked if student could take classes online. They don't know. Because of things like this is why our children go to the other schools. Academic wise a great school. Administratively need...
