I have been going to All nails for some time now. But my last experience left me with the decision not to return. So i went in to get both my feet and nails done like i regularly do. While i was getting my feet done they made me pay early. So i did. The lady who was doing my nails was not that experience as the others. When she did my manicure she did it poorly. One, my nail shape was shaped poorly and then the polish looked llike amateur work. So i asked the lady can she do it over and she spoke in her language angrily to the owner. So i said or you can give me money back because this is not a good job. So the owner yelled at me and said she’s not giving me my money back. So i said then someone needs to do my nails over. They had the owner from Northwood plaza do my nails and it was much better. After that situation was over customers went over to me and said that they were proud of me for standing up for myself. honestly i didn’t like how i was treated differently because i am young and they thought...

I have walked out of this place twice within the last 9 months. I do not remember the reason for the 1st time, but the 2nd time was a few days ago. I want in for a pedicure. I said I do not like hot water, I like medium. The male senior replied in his native language. I asked another staff member, "What did he say?" I was told he said that he knows. Well, the water was hot. I asked for assistance from the owner, Lindy. She sent a frustrated staff member, eventually. The lady poured 2 cups of water in my water. Still too hot. I got up, put my shoes on, went to pour more cold water. It took about 5 more bowls to get it reasonable. I assume the pedicurist was taking a break. I looked at my watch and 45 minutes had passed. I love this place. The owner sister (Kim) has been doing my nials,toes and eye browns for over 15years. Kim is reliable, patience, honest, caring and lovable. She is a good listener and respect how you feel about the work she does. My MOM went home to be with the Lord I told Kim and after working long hours Kim came to my MoM viewing. I love Kim and her husband Brain they are like family to me. Kim is on Cold Spring and Loch Raven please visit with her to get your nail salon treatment. Kim sister Lyndy is very nice to.
