I bout $300 worth of items in this store. The sales associate assured me that the hair I was buying was a natural black color 2. I got to my hair appointment and the hair was actually a light brown. My stylist was unable to use the hair and I had to spend additional money since the hair was useless. I came back the next day and explained to the sales associate what happened and she ensured me that if I came back with the receipt they would honor my refund. I came back the next day and the owner was already aware of the situation. She met with a big no mercilessly and proceeded to tell me she had a line and could not help my situation any further. HEARTLESS. I will NEVER EVER...

Customs service is top tier, I wasn’t sure about lace wigs and the representative not only gave me great knowledge, she also allowed me to try on the piece and she trimmed the lace for me. I could not imagine visiting any other beauty supply store after experiencing some of the best service I’ve had in any store!!!

I walked into the beauty plus store & was greeted with such a pleasant measure of helpfulness & harmony. Maliah answered all of my hair dieing questions all while listening & helping me to make a great decision for my haircare needs.I don't spend my money in establishments that won't welcome you.
