IHOP — Restaurant in Baltimore

Worst service I've received this morning!! This is my first time placing an order at this particular Ihop on Havenwood Rd. My familt and I ordered Chicken fajita omlete with sour cream and avocado added which costed extra, Spinach and mushroom omlet with sour cream and avocado and again an extra fee for sour cream and the avocado, and lastly the Split decision breakfast which came pancakes. The worst service and I ordered through door dash. Let's start with no utensils added or napkins, next no butter for the dry toast that came with the omlets, no syrup at all included for the pancakes which came with the split decision breakfast amd to top it all off, No sour cream and no avocado!!! A total waste of my breakfast which went straight in the trash (spinach and mushrooms omlet) which I never wouldve ordered it in the first place if I knew it would be made and the sour cream and avocado Not included. The worst experience I've ever had from a reputable restaurant. Do yourself a favor and dont ever order delivery from this place. The service is trash for delivery! You may have a different experience dining in or picking up because you can check your order for missing items. I never got the opportunity to check anything since I ordered for delivery. What a waste of money and time. Now I need to order breakfast but I'll never order from here again! They have no regard for paying customers. Get it together and stop rushing peoples food and make sure the order is correct!!!!!! Waste of my time and money. Let me add that I called and called and Noone will pick up the phone!...

Do not come to this ihop. One of the worst ihop’s I have ever been to. Came in to sit down to eat. There was plenty of tables as there was only 5 tables being occupied by guest. The host took 5 minutes to drag her way over to us. Then she told us 15 to 20 minutes to gather some tables together. We made a suggestion and she went ahead and seat us down. Then waited over 10 minutes for someone to come over and at least introduce themselves and take a drink order. No one ever showed up. I sat there an watch staff walk around and look lost. I saw them stand in clusters talking. All the tables had food on them but ours. I walked back up to the host stand to see if someone could help us but people don’t even acknowledge you and if u need help. We ended up leaving and the same person that was there waiting for service when we walked in was still standing there waiting for help all this time. People need to be retrained at this restaurant. Better yet get some people who want to work and not just stand around and looking around like they don’t see customers needing help or who have been standing waiting for a while and not help them out. This would be the closet Ihop to my house but I will never come here again nor bring or suggest anyone to come here with services slow as snails. I would never give this place 1 star. This location does not even deserve one star. It was a significant WASTE of time, not to mention a complete WASTE of money. Do not have any expectations of decency, courtesy, or customer service when dealing with this IHOP. They just opened recently and apparently they should have waited. Totally understaffed and incompetent. There were 3 employees working when I went to pick up my CARRYOUT UberEATS order on Monday 5/15 at lunch. The app told me my food was ready, and I waited for 30 mins just to find out the manager doesn't even understand the concept of carryout on UberEATS. She said somebody already picked it up, they couldn't help. While I was waiting, I saw someone put in her order and she received "her food" about 5 mins later. I know that was my food. So I canceled my order (because it couldn't be found, manager couldn't do anything about it). Now UberEATS says they can't even refund my money....
