Quickway Japanese Hibachi — Restaurant in Baltimore

Quickway is one of my favorite places to eat, so I was super excited that this one was finally open in my community.

So about my trip yesterday… very clean, very new but has a odd smell. Like chemical or plastic… maybe because the place is new..not sure.

Now every Quickway I’ve ever been to always ask when ordering if you want more shrimp, well they didn’t ask, therefore I didn’t get it, which would have been more $ for them…

My order took forever… almost 15mins. They had the food ready but the person that was in charge of bagging everything up and sending food out was slow.

But overall I’m glad that they’re in Northwood and my food was good.

Improvements…. Better customer service, more staff ( you are going to have a lot of business being near the college and me “the regular” customer don’t want to wait so long).

And for this is for the shopping center as a whole… consider getting Morgan State police or security to patrol and not that wack security that you currently have. There will be a ton of patrons very soon and you need to keep everyone safe!

Update: I went back last week and the service was much faster and my food...

I did not visit this location, I ordered on a third party app. This was my least favorite Quickway experience. I am generally a fan of Quickway, but this location was a let down today. The Tuna Rolls were sloppy, rushed and sticky. The Chicken Bento was the smallest portion I have seen up until now. In addition, the food was oily... not just greasy... oily. Some of the food was cold, while the dumplings were burnt. I will refrain from ordering from this location in the future. EDIT Well, I guess I did go back, but this time I ate in the restaurant. The food tasted just fine, no issues with oily food this time, but I will say that the portions were small again, compared to other locations. I have increased my rating slightly and...

We ordered from this particular Quickway in Havenwood area. We asked for a delivery. It never arrived. So,we had to go get it after 45 mins.of waiting. When we got there the Chinese man in charged we asked could he recook our order since its been there so long. He threw his hands up and yelled no. Now this was my first time and there were no customers in the place,at that time. It really was no need for this. I usually go all the way out to Goucher at that Quickway Hibachi. They are much more pleasant out there. We ended up leaving the plate at Havenwood. I won't return to...
