Restore Hyper Wellness — Attraction in Baltimore

I purchased a 6 pack session of cryotherapy for my 15 year old son who plays basketball all year. Upon purchasing, we were never told that the service packs expire. My son was in pain last week and requested to go to Restore to use the cyro machine and I was informed that my service packs were expired. I spoke to Andrew and let him know the lack of communication with his company when selling these sessions. Andrew advised me that he would reach out to the manager to see if any of my now expired sessions could be reinstated. Nevertheless, Andrew, initially never call me back and I called back to Restore and the female informed me that Andrew was off that day and probably answered the phone for whatever reason. At which time Andrew finally returned my call to let me know that his manager would only be able to reinstate 1 of 4 sessions that I had purchased. This was a shock and very disappointing due to the lack of transparency on Restore Hyper Wellness part. I hope that transparency is better moving forward.
