Quite possibly the worst Chick fil a that I have been to. Had an issue with the app accepting an order for a breakfast menu item, and it continued to ask me for my parking spot. As soon as I arrived 10 mins later and entered in my spot, the app opened up an automatically cancelled my order. I fully recognize breakfast ends at a certain time, but the app should not allow someone to even submit an order. When I went inside to ask about it, one of the workers was rude and just kept repeatedly saying that breakfast ends at 10:30 across the store. I left and called the manager who was also not very helpful and just kept saying “so sorry but we have no control over the app” and proceeded to tell me to do it pickup next time instead of curbside. She offered no solution to the problem, and it was very clear she just wanted to be done with conversation and get off the phone. Why would I try to use the app again after that? Not only that, but EVERY time I go to this specific chik fil a, I’m always met with an attitude from their employees, especially the ones in the drive through. So, I wasted both my time and gas and got no food. Had the employees been kinder, I would have just driven through the drive through and gotten something from their regular menu. Read moreI normally never have issues with this location. However, I was given the wrong salad , by time I got home & realized they were about to close. I called and they apologized and said they would put my name in the system to come receive the correct salad whenever I got the chance. I went back maybe 2 weeks later to order my salad. My name was in the system, however, they said I needed a receipt. They never mentioned that they needed a receipt when I spoke with them on the phone , so why would I have one?
I had one manager tell me it was fine when I was in the drive through, however when I got the the window another manager basically made a big deal of it and was saying I couldn’t get it without the receipt. Ok I get that , but my name was in the system. How could I have personally went in chick fil a system and told them about the issue with my salad. I was very offended because the manager at the window made it seem like I was lying for a salad when in fact .... my name was in the system like I had communicated.the manager in the drive through confirmed everything but when I got to the window , it was an issue. Read moreWorst experience at this location today, December 23rd. Placed my order in-store, went to pay with Apple Pay, and there was an error with their POS system. At their request, I attempted to pay 8 more times, including walking outside to try the drive through POS. After waiting for 15 minutes, a manager proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do. “You can go to any Chick-fil-A and they’ll have the same issue, so idk what to tell you. I can’t just comp you the food because then I’ll have to do it for everyone.”
Instead, they recommended I send money to one of their employees to buy the meal for me. “We’re trying to make this easy for you.” There’s no way this is what a company policy would recommend.
Icing on the cake - a serving of attitude around why they couldn’t comp the meal. FYI the average franchise location brings in $5M annually. Why nickel and dime me for 1 order? By the time I left, they made it seem like I was the one being difficult (I witnessed several eye rolls and side comments). Whoever the manager is, please address this...
