ADELI EXPRESS FACTORY — Restaurant in Baltimore

I was running some errands with my mother in law and we noticed someone standing outside Adeli with food, so we figured it was new and decided to give it a try. My MIL ordered a Reuben, I got a spicy chicken sandwich, we both got hush puppies, and I got a Buffalo wrap with fries to-go for my husband. My MIL and I both very much enjoyed our sandwiches, the hush puppies were outstanding, and the prices were incredibly reasonable.

Of special note, the two gentlemen taking our orders were supremely polite, friendly, and helpful—to the point that when an order of hush puppies was missing (which could have entirely been on us bc 1. My MIL is very soft spoken and 2. They repeated the order back and we didn’t catch it was missing) they whipped some up quickly and didn’t charge us! We also got a slice of red velvet cake, which was fresh, fluffy, and had the perfect icing-to-cake ratio.

You should definitely drop by and show some support bc the experience was...

Tried this sub shop in Canton with my kids, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. My son and I ordered burgers — I got the Chipotle, and he got the Smokehouse. Both were dry and overcooked, and the buns had that weird, rubbery texture like microwaved bread. Just not pleasant to bite into.

My daughter had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap and said it tasted okay but was drenched in sauce — like, way too much Chipotle mayo, which overpowered everything else.

The fries had a nice seasoned crunch on the outside, but they were super greasy, like they had been dropped in oil that wasn’t quite hot enough. Not crispy, just oily.

Overall, it was a miss for us. Maybe they were having an off day, but I don’t think we’ll be going back. Still, if you really like heavy sauces and don’t mind greasy fries, it might...

Turns out im too old to be eating burgers, fries and milk shakes in a single meal.

First off the burger bun was elite. The bun itself tasted delicious. The meat tasted like actual beef vs that pink gum paste at the chains.

It did take a few minutes to cook the burger. Which is a good thing I guess. Juat dont go there when there is a crowd, as I could see waiting 20 minutes plus for your food. The fries were fries and the milkshake actually milk, cream and strawberries.

Too, the owner (im assuming its the owner) was super nice and customer service friendly.

The only downside is that im too old to be eating such a harty meal and they don't have a baby changing table in the men's bathroom. So you lost 2 stars for that.
