The first time I went to the bowling alley, Karen was extremely rude and unbelievable the way she talks to people. You can even find reviews on Karen. I even had to call her boss the next morning. And told her what happened. Her boss she gave me a one hour pass for the next time I go bowling. Five months later, I took my pass, but before they had to call a manager. Karen made sure she talked to her best friend Rebecca, which I think is the next boss. At that point, I knew she wasn't going to accept the pass. So I just paid. The whole time, while I was bowling, the girls were giggling and starring at my son and I. My son even asked me why they were starring at us. At one point, I took off my bowling shoes to put on my regular shoes. Rebecca came she comes to tell me to put on my bowling shoes. I find it fascinating out of 50 lanes, you found me. That's to show you that they were starring and talking about me.Very Unprofessional and childish. Now, on the way out, I had to ask them to call a shuttle at 9 pm. At 9:30, still no shuttle has arrived. I sent my son twice to ask them to call a shuttle. He said the second time he talked to a man and the man asked the girls did you call shuttle, they shuck their head no. So, I decided to call the casino for a shuttle. At this point, it's 948, and I just called the casino for a bus. I've been there for about an hour. When I asked the bus driver, had anybody called for you to come pick us up at the bowling alley. She replied that she just got a call from the casino at 948 by the casino when I left the bowling...
Read moreIt's a nice looking place, the restaurants do not give you large portions for what you pay for it's more like fast food restaurant portions which is kind of uncommon at most of the casinos that I go to, though the service was fast and friendly.. This is not the kind of place you could take a couple hundred dollars and spend an evening you'll blow through your couple hundred dollars in 20 minutes, the machines are just set up to take your money and not entertain you at all. When I go to a casino I know I'm likely going to lose the money but it's nice if I don't blow it all in 1 minute , it's nice if you get some free spins or you get a some kind of action from the machine but the people that run this place are only interested in taking your money they don't care about your entertainment or the capability of the machine.. I put my first $20 in a machine that didn't make a peep, and I think I got back 12 cents or something retarded like that, I knew in that moment I was never coming back to this place again, at least...
Read moreTerrible service. Lazy workers! First, I had a question regarding how to enable the bumper guide rails for my 8yr old son, so I pressed the HELP button. 5 min passed and no one comes. I turn around and see 3 workers at the front desk talking. I wave to get their attention and all they did was wave back. I wave again and all they responded the same way. At this time I'm questioning why we came here? I approach the desk and on of the ladies meet me halfway. I explained the issue and they said that they activate it at front.
2nd issue, there was an error message that paused the game (as seen on the image posted) it states that someone has been notified. 10 minutes passed and I had my nephew ask them and the lady in front gives him an attitude and states that it is our responsibility to inform them.... but doesn't it state in bild letters that help has been called?
This place lacks customer service. They work and get paid but it seened to me that the customers paying has to work as hard as them to fill...
