My family had an intimate family dinner in the Ringling Room of Baraboo Arts Center for my parents' 50th anniversary celebration. Event Manager Karen Curtis was amazing to work with! She's an excellent communicator, offered terrific suggestions, coordinated deliveries with other vendors perfectly, and executed a flawless setup that helped make our celebration memorable, relaxing, and spectacular! My family appreciated that the only cleanup we had to do at the end of the evening was to pack up our personal items. (Fifteen years ago, my siblings paid more for wedding reception venues in the Madison area, and we had to do all of the room setup and cleanup ourselves!) Read moreThis place is amazing. My husband and I chose to have our wedding here after only touring a couple of places because of the rustic/industrial feel of the place and gorgeous rooms. We are so glad we did. Karen was so helpful and willing to work with us and answer any little question we had the whole time, she really made the planning easy. The rooms were perfect for our ceremony and reception and it turned out just beautiful. Read moreThis is a beautiful venue for a wedding but the bartenders were very rude. At first I dismissed it because they were pretty busy and I know it’s not an easy job serving 200 people. I realized that my experience was not unique after hearing from about a dozen people that they had bad experiences as well. Two people even told me that one of the bartenders rudely and aggressively chewed them out, one for having confetti, and one for filling up pitchers of water.
