I LOVE this coffee shop. I have had their salted caramel latte made with oat milk and it is delicious. I also, recently tried their "midnight in Paris" latte (also with oat milk) and it was good. Midnight in Paris is a homemade lavender syrup with chocolate syrup. However, I do think that is latte could be made even better with white chocolate powder (not syrup). Then I would be sold on that drink, although it still was good.
This is easily the best coffee shop in Baraboo and a MUST go to place for your morning joe.
The building looks historic (probably is, not sure...) and they've done an absolutely wonderful job renovating it. It is two stories and provides views of the town.

I had a vanilla latte with almond milk- the coffee tasted great and the owner was very friendly. Have some patience with the staff though after you order, they get quite busy and only one person was making the drinks on this hot June Saturday morning.
My only complaint is the outdoor seating is slightly confusing. The cafe had three tables with chairs out in front but then there's another building next door that says it's a residence but it had a lot of outdoor seating and I noticed people from the cafe were sitting over there. I still don't know if that seating is for the cafe, for the residence, or both. Some more signage...

Highly recommend to anyone in the area! Coffee was actually quite exceptional, clearly small batches and freshly roasted. The baked goods were mouthwatering too. Perfect place to sit down and do some work or meet up with a friend. Its best to park in the civic center parking lot and walk over, it's easy to miss if you're not looking but it's so worth your time! Wonderful local businesses, I'll be...
