Spin Shack — Local services in Baraboo

This used to be a pretty awesome store, but over the last year or two they have gone down in customer service, and the prices they used to pay. For example, three years ago they gave me $25 for a PS4 controller, this year they tried to give me $10. Video games used to sell to them for a decent price, but those have disappeared as well. Whatever guy answers the phones and works there is a rude a**hole, made my significant other cry, and overall treated us like we were garbage. In the days of downloads, I doubt this place will last much more as anything but a wayside novelty shop. Run your customers away and your business will run away right beside it. Such a shame this little store has fallen so far..

EDIT: I tried to talk to the lady owner, I was told over and over she would give me a call back. As far as your pricing information, PS4 controllers cost more now then they did, publicly ripping your store? I didn't do that but gave an honest review, and if your not liking those then better your services. Inflation has cost everything to go up, resell and new, and you sell for inflation prices, but give preinflation pay outs. It's all good, hopefully this review saves at least one person. The reply from you is full of deflection and blaming when the reason lies at the heart...

Great store - Great staff & Owner. I had accumulated 4 plus totes of Vinyl over the last few years. I brought them over on a Monday, By 10 am Tuesday Tiffany called and was able to find almost 2 totes worth of albums that she felt she could sell. I have been a customer of this fine establishment for years now and I still find new treasures inside. It's a small business with only few employees but that is enough. They always greet with a smile. Looking for unique vinyls? Bam! Can't find a store that deals with NES, SNES, XBOX, ETC cartridges and accessories? Boom! They have you covered. They have new generation consoles and periphery as well so no worries!...
