Its very peaceful, its close to a busy Barboursville street but its still not too loud. I often run into a veteran chilling at the gazebo, and they all have great stories. Its peaceful, relaxing and a nice place to go look at the water fountain, sit at the gazebo and eat, walk around and look at the running water. It would be prettier if they would put changing colored lights in the fountain and add more pretty colored lights...
