I had a control arm replaced. I called because it made a slight noise. Told not to worry it was not the control arm. Had my car towed there on May 31st for an engine issue. Brian service manager lets my car sit there for 3 days and tells me the tow company bent my tyrod. I asked him to check because they had just replaced a control arm in February and maybe that was it because I have been hearing a noise since they fixed it.He insisted it wasn’t the control armand he would call the tow company and get me video. I had my insurance take over because he said my car was damaged. The new garage found that it was the wrong control arm put on my car. I let the new place fix it because the tire express still insisted that it was a tyrod. I had to get a mechanic to call them and prove it to them. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks Never called me back. I called and they said they would take care of my bill after it was approved by owner. They never called me back. I called them back 4 days later and the owner refused to reimburse me. I understand they have a policy that it has to be fixed there. The service manager Brian wouldn’t look at it . He forced me to go somewhere else claiming it wasn’t them. I was without a car for a month and the stress this put me under was the worst experience I have ever had at a garage. Bottom line I understand mistakes are made but I was treated terrible and they refused to check out their work . Now I’m out 1000 and ended up getting new car. I know you see good reviews on this garage but I’m telling you I know others that have had the same treatment. Stand by your work and when you are wrong take care of your customers! I went to get 4 tires changed yesterday because the sidewall blew out on one of them. They did tell me that 3 of my tires were fine to keep, and I appreciate the honesty but got all 4 changed anyways. I was there for almost 4 hours and was asked twice what car I was waiting on with no further updates either time. I noticed my car had new tires but was running in the parking lot for almost an hour and had to ask the older man at the computer multiple times if there was anything left to be done, only be told that I just had to continue to wait. I asked why it was left running for so long and was told the charge had gone down while they were working on it so they were letting it build back up. A young man helped me check out and apologized for the long wait and gave me $50 off for the inconvenience. This morning my car wouldn't start and after jumping it 3 more times unsuccessfully, I took it to AutoZone in town and they told me the battery was bad and needed replaced. I had 0 issues before as the battery was only 2 years old. I'm not trying to blame the bad battery on Express but the timing is really weird.

Read moreI have been going to Express Oil Change for oil changes well over a year now and have always received the most amazing customer service and quality vehicle care. So when I needed tires for my truck it was the most logical place to price them. Not only am I sure I got the best prices in the tri-state, but also had the best customer experience. I showed up for my appointment and the place was so busy - and they knew my name as soon as I walked through the door. I felt like the folks there had actually prepared for my visit (and this happened for every person walking through the door). The service was fast but top quality. The place is spotless! How does that even happen when you’re working on vehicles? At any rate, I’ve spoken with multiple employees there and they love their jobs. Which means a lot when you consider how busy and overwhelming customer service can be. From start to finish I was updated on the progress as well as any other items that needed addressed with my vehicle. Estimates and such. The employees addressed me with respect and never did anything to my vehicle without asking or explaining first. 10/10 would recommend this business for all needs. Amazing quality, superior work ethic and trusted service. I’ll never go anywhere else and look forward to their newest location...
