I came to this location on November 3, 2025 around 10am, and there was no line, but I was asked to wait for about 4 min, which I didn’t mind but found odd, as the location had no line, and no vehicles in front of me, and an empty lobby, with seemingly little to no mobile orders. I order 3 items totaling to around $20 and I hand the partner a $100 bill. The partner asked me if I had a card instead, I said no. The partner stated 5 hours into the business being open, mind you, that he can’t accept $100 bill. Again, I find this odd as the stores been open for half the day already, and yet you are telling me that you are incapable of counting $80 out, to give back to me? Then the partner was struck suddenly with a mediocre idea of a conflict resolution, which was to let me know that me I can go to a second location across the street… for change… and then to come back…. for my items…. Yeah, how about naur… to put it as polite as possible lol. Bad business and severely horrid conflict resolution on the workers end. Why make the client jump through hoops just so they can enjoy some coffee… could never be me lol so, won’t be going back to this location anymore and the partners name is James, who has a nice tone of voice, but it doesn’t matter how high pitched you make your voice, when you are telling a client to leave and come back to accommodate your lack, is never a good look for the company or move as a partner within the company. 0 stars for partner James today womp womp. ALSO I’ve had to return orders gotten from this location SEVERAL times due to being highly unsatisfactory, so this distasteful experience today was just the catalyst for a real change, as I needed to stop having Starbucks all together again anyway lol so silver linings and all that, but fr, do better. Perhaps more training to the partners on making CONSISTENT quality product and not telling clients to go to a second location and then to come back, due to their lack. It is a business… yet I was expected to resolve the problem that should have never existed… As if! So go on, and miss me with that, forever...
Read moreI decided to treat myself to Starbucks and met the most amazing employee, James. James was friendly, helpful, and patient. As a frequent Starbucks customer, I wanted to earn stars on the app but something kept going wrong with the scanner. James made multiple attempts to help and ending up giving us complimentary cake pops for our trouble. He went above and beyond while having the best attitude. Thank you James for...
Read moreLobby was randomly closed on a Sunday morning after placing an online order to pickup inside. Instead had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. It should’ve never allowed for an order to be picked up inside of not an option. Poor service and employees were less than nice about it when calling while sitting in...
