We had a great time at the indoor water park. My daughter never wanted to leave so I definitely recommend for kids and families. There was an outdoor pool that is filled with sea water however the water was not heated as were told when we arrived. The rooms were ok. Ive definitely been to nicer hotels. The shower head only had one setting and wasnt high enough for my 6ft husband. The showers in the water park were much better which is sad for a "resort". They were also doing renovations on rooms near mine and I had to call and make a noise complaint. They offered to switch rooms but it was just too much of a hassle. The noise shortly stopped afrer my complaint. There is only one elevator to this huge complex but we were fine taking the stairs. It's a bit of a maze but they give you a map and by day two we figured it out. It was nice having the hearth and kettle restaurant attached to resort which was nice. The people were very friendly but I dont recommend the pancakes. The best part wasthw water park and having a room with a balcony! Its convenient being in the same complex as the water park but I think I would rather get a day pass and stay at another hotel for the night.

We were staying up in Hyannis during spring break and we're looking for something local to do that would entertain a 1.25 year old, a 17 year old, a 31 year old, and a 50 year old when we found this place. My son had so much fun in the splash pad and kiddie slides that we spent hours in there (which for an active 1 year old boy is impressive), we also took him into the lazy river which was fun but some of the older boys (15/16) were a little rough flipping over tubes (even tried flipping my tube while I was holding my son), we also enjoyed spending time in the wave pool. My mom and sister went down the slides once but my sister didn't want to go down again as she felt like the male life guards at the bottom pool wear staring at her, and this made her uncomfortable. The chlorine was a bit strong and even towards the end of the day was causing me to have some minor difficulties breathing. The rest rooms/ changing areas could have used some extra TLC with how busy they were. Overall we really enjoyed our time there we went in the morning then left for lunch and a nap for my son then returned for another 2 hours. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area!

It's a place to visit, Very well facilitated with warmers during winter. Lifeguards are on alert always with a variety of slides, jacuzzi, riverway, kids pool side.

This was my second time visiting the water park for my daughter's annual birthday trip. I had booked through the resort website (we stayed overnight) and didn't realize half the park was closed for renovation 😰 I was worried the lazy river and 2 slides wouldn't be enough to keep my daughter (10) occupied but it didn't phase her much. She still seemed to have fun floating in the lazy river and going down the 2 large slides. We look forward to coming back when the park is fully functional.
