I was having problems with my iPad (air 2) and found Bartlett Electronics when I Googled iPad repairs in Bartlett TN. For some reason the glass on my iPad started to rise up (I thought that maybe the glue had lost its adhesion). I decided to 'try' Bartlett Electronics and I was not disappointed. They told me they would take a look at it and give me a call. It turns out the battery had deteriorated and as it bloated, it pushed up the screen. They fixed it for what I thought was a reasonable price. When I got home there was a problem with the Home button. Apparently it is attached to the glass so when they used the heat to remove the screen, it shifted. I called Bartlett Electronics and they told me to bring it in and they would make it right....and they did! It has been working like it did when I first bought it. I like supporting local businesses and especially when they are good at what they do. My entire career was in Information Technology so I think I am qualified to recommend this business to anyone looking for repairs. Friendly folks who want to serve their customers with quality work. Had an apparent virus but after Bartlett Electronics checked it out, there welas some unwanted software causing the problems. They cleaned it, ran virus checks, and installed the free version of Malwarebytes. Excellent service!! I highly recommend them for any issues or repairs for PSs, and...
Read moreI was happy to discover that Bartlett Electronics (a shop I pass multiple times a week) repairs shattered iPhone screens. I dropped off my phone with them on a Tuesday morning, and 30 minutes later it was good as new. The two guys working there are cheerful, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Plus they have a sense of humor. The cost ($120) was the same as my silly AT&T insurance "deductible." What a racket. I've canceled that insurance, and I'm going to rely on these guys from now on. They are close to my home, nice to interact with, LIGHTENING FAST, and I get to support a local business.
TIP: Drive behind this plaza and park behind the shops. Then go through the marked alley to enter their back door. Easy to find!
8/8/2017 UPDATE: So three months after the initial repair, my phone started acting wonky—namely ghost clicking on a certain horizontal plane of the screen. I took it back to Bartlett Electronics on yet another Tuesday morning and had my phone in working order an hour later. Best part? The guys did not charge me a penny. They said their screens have lifetime warranty! Happy dance!! They stand...
Read moreHello, I got my iPhone XS Max repaired for water damage on 8/14 for 186.58. The guy changed the screen (which it was not cracked or anything) and the phone appeared to be fixed. However, the same day 3 hours later it would turn off and on but it would turn back on completely. But as of today it is staying at the apple logo and turning on and off like it did before. I fear I paid almost $200 for a new screen for no reason (when the screen was already in great condition) and it is back where it started. Is there away you all can resolve this issue since, unfortunately, it was not resolved before hand and I'm out of $200 for an issue that I was told was fixed. Could I either get a complete refund? Some of a refund since the issue did not get fixed all the way and you all fix the issue and refund the rest of my money? Or fix it for free? I've emailed you previously and I never got a response. So, this was my last option since I still cant...
