Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bartlett

The ice cream was fine. The prices were okay. But this one white girl working there last night ruined the whole experience. To be clear, the two black women working there were great. The woman with the blue hair was especially nice. But the white girl with the brown hair was incredibly rude, made several loud comments about customers in the restaurant including my family and others in the shop. She made fun of my little brothers, my wife, and somebody’s baby even. Her yelling at people, being rude, having an attitude, and rushing people through at 8 PM so they could close when they aren’t supposed to close until 10 is just ridiculous. I have a lot of patience for people being rude or getting exasperated at work—I get it. But there was no excusing her attitude and how loud she was about it. Like she went out of her way to make us feel uncomfortable there. You can look at my reviews and see that I very rarely give bad reviews. Tbh I am usually easily impressed. But omg. After the last comment about wanting “all these people to get out of here,” we just walked out. I will never come back to this location because I don’t enjoy paying for someone to be rude to me and my family...

I've always loved Baskin Robin's however, it's been maybe 2 years since going. So my husband went in today to get my favorite black walnut and when i got it I noticed it's extremely lighter with little to NO walnuts in it BUT SAME PRICE!!! It's so sad everything we are getting now in the world is lesser but price is the same OR went up! Everybody is so money hungry with NO humanity, oh that went out the door years ago! Unfortunately, I won't be going back again being the quality is not the same. This looks like vanilla ice cream with maybe walnut flavor and a few walnuts thrown in it!!! If I would have known this I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID FOR THIS AT ALL!!! I'm definitely not surprised because God said Aall this would go on. If I could give it 0 stars I would give it when I get to this place the smell is very sweet I know they sell ice cream but other places don't stink like here the customer service is terrible the black woman who took my order was very slow she wasn't rude but her attitude wasn't the best and the rest of the staff was standing around doing nothing when my family is large and we were going to order the other women could take my order and they didn't we had to wait for the slow black woman to finish making our entire order and the other workers just yelled that they were going to take orders from people who paid separately seeing that we were all together and only one bill and the tables were all dirty the person in the photo was the one who took the...
