Dr. Rolfsen is an OUTSTANDING doctor! He really has a heart for the patient and is keenly aware of the responsibility associated with his talent and skill. My mother went to him as a new patient, not feeling well at all. Dr. Rolfsen listened to her complaints, made note of significant changes she’d been experiencing, did a physical exam, ran a couple of tests, and was able to diagnose her issue before the visit was over! He even scheduled her to see a specialist to confirm his findings. I was thrilled that, after treatment, my mom was going to get relief from her pain! Dr. Rolfsen became curious and was determined to figure out the mystery. A great doctor has a curious mind, and doesn’t settle for the status quo.

I have been a patient of Dr Rolfsen for over 30+ years and always been very well taken care of, BUT this time was different. I had a medical problem that I needed to be checked on quickly. I called Tuesday and waited half day and NEVER got a call back. I called Wednesday and waited ALL DAY AND NEVER got a call back. I called Thursday, three times, leaving three messages and NEVER got a call back. As luck would have it I called around 4PM and was fortunate enough to have my call answered by a person. Anna calmed me down and got me in to see Dr Rolfsen on Friday and I told him y'all need to hold classes on CORRECT ways to handle answering machine calls....

I spoke with Nurse Courtnie on the phone and she was able to get me in to see Dr. Rolfsen immediately. Dr Rolfsen was patient and very concerned about my problem.

I describe my illness to him, he asked a variety of questions afterwards and upon the physical examination of my stomach area, he ordered blood work and a urine sample. He stated he would contact me if there is a serious problem after reviewing the test results.
