First off, I had to use the after hours contacts instead of my regular agent from my previous coverage. That person couldn’t figure out how to start up my new coverage on my new vehicle. It took way too long to set up over the phone while I paced around the dealer’s showroom. My previous agent said I ended up paying too much. Whoever sold me on the new policy upsold too much coverage for uninsured drivers. My previous agent called and fixed it for me and took off my previous vehicle which the other person said I couldn’t do.
