I used to eat here all the time when I attended olol college which is right down the street. I went back for the first time in years this morning and ordered six glazed donuts. The woman who I normally saw here looked at me with disgust before I even placed my order. So my total is $4.51. I hand her a five and she gives me no change. So I leave and make it home to find cold donuts. When I made it to the last donut at the end of the day I notice a hair. I instantly think it's mine because I had worn my hair out that day. Terrible customer service! This morning, I ordered two breakfast sandwiches over the phone and was told it'd be ten minutes. I waited ten minutes, walked over, and the sandwiches weren't made at all. The boy behind the counter had completely forgotten.
