When you first walk in (or in a wheel chair) the curator and his Labadoodle dog named Rose are there to greet you. Any questions you may have he will give you the facts as well as it is known. Some old channel lights are there to view. As well as many artifacts from days of old. Including some small boats that people would use to get to short destinations. I myself would worry about being in on a large lake with those small boats. There is also history of Bayfield and old maps showing how it has changed in time.
