The staff is very friendly and not “pushy” at all. They give you their honest opinions about what you should get and how it will work in your living situation (kids, pets, etc.).
We bought a living room set from Home Furniture back in March because of a recommendation from a family member that furnished their house from there and raved about the quality and affordability. It was delivered in April and we loved it. Fast forward to August and we began to notice our furniture’s back cushions sagging and the seat cushion’s fabric pulling. We were, at the time, very disappointed. The furniture is a little over 4 months old and looked as though we had it for about 15 years. We hadn’t purchased the 5 year warranty as we couldn’t afford it at the time so we thought that there was nothing that could be done.
Well, I decided to email the corporate office anyway to explain what was going on. They got back with me within the very same day and paid to have a technician come out to look at it. He came out a couple weeks later and said that our back cushions needed restuffing and the seat cushions needed to be replaced. He put the work order in, sent photos to corporate, and said that they would be in touch to have someone come out to fix everything.
Fast forward to this last Friday (09/07) and I got a phone call from the corporate office saying that they decided to give us a credit to replace our entire living room set! I was SHOCKED! How many times can you say that a furniture store decides to give you a credit for what you paid to pick out new furniture when you didn’t purchase a warranty?! We went back to the store the very next day and selected all new furniture. Our saleswoman, Christy (she sold us the first set), was extremely happy to help us and gave us all the time we needed to look. I cannot rave about this company enough! They have been nothing but nice, helpful, and accommodating for us during this entire process!
I am still in shock about how well we were treated and how quick they jumped into action to remedy the situation! This is definitely a company that deserves your business.
So, go on down to Home Furniture Plus Bedding in Beaumont, TX and be sure to ask for Christy! If she isn’t available then you can’t go wrong with any of their sales staff - they are all very friendly.

Read moreHad a wonderful experience. My husband and I went into the location in Beaumont. We were greeted by J.T. He asked us what were looking for and pointed us in the direction. He said that he would give us some space to walk around an dif we needed him he was going to be close. I loved this because we have been to 5 other stores and everyone of them hovered. My husband and I found a set that we were interviewing in and of course, like promised JT was there to answer any questions. He was very professional and polite. I actually told him I would be back tomorrow to purchase the set. The following day as promised I walked back into the location and I immediately spotted JT. He came over with a smile (under his mask) and said hello. He remembered me and was quick to get all the paperwork and financing approved. It literally took me a total of 20mins to get all the information I needed and the care instructions from JT. It was such a breeze to work with him and he knew every answer to all my questions . Thank you so much. . JT then lead me over to this most joyful lady named Cassandra to schedule pick and take care of finalizing the sale. She was so warm and outgoing that we actually had a few laughs. She was professional and was quick to complete the process. I enjoyed her and she insured me that if I had any questions I was able to contact her or JT anytime. From he moment Iwalked in the door til the time I walked out i felt welcomed and comfortable. Read moreI have shopped was home furniture for a very long time for things like beds and couches they are in the process of remodeling the last time I was in there which was approximately two weeks ago to get my son's bed ,(he is 19 and of course picked out the most expensive bed and the place. But what do you expect from a 19 year old. The salesman was not pushy even though my friend who was with me trying to be nice was trying to haggle with him. The salesman even gave my friend K )Google address to be able to look up the price and all that stuff I basically just told my friend to be quiet I purchased the bed and it was delivered on time which I have always been impressed with home furniture. Unfortunately I was not there otherwise I would have tipped the gentleman that deliver to bed. Again the only thing I have died from home furniture mostly beds and possibly I a couch or two in the past their mattresses and also I do suggest you get a mattress cover it is well worth the price I have always served me well I have never had a problem also the one or two couches I have bought from them have been no problem..
