The store was beautifully arranged with lots of merchandise. Imagine my surprise when I went to check out and found out there were 2 different price tags on the item and the clerk said only one of the tags was theirs. The Mardel tag was $10 higher than the one I saw, a Hobby Lobby tag. He shared that he had to use the more expensive tag, so I asked for the manager. The manager said referring to the tag in question, “ That is a Hobby Lobby tag. A lot of our merchandise has 2 tags, a Hobby Lobby tag and a Mardel tag, but we have to use the Mardell tag. But when her peers came around she was suddenly talkative and smiling. Customer service is lacking tremendously.
