We had a birthday room package. We had done a birthday at a table 1.5 years ago and it was great, this time was is a sign that says New Management and rules will be enforced. All the bathrooms, including the family bathrooms were trashed. Dirty toilet seats, no paper towels, trash everywhere. Not as many things were open as last time..the spinning trampoline obstacle was not going. They seemed disorganized but not understaffed...just not proactive or service oriented. We ordered 3 pizzas. The cheese pizza was extremely greazy and all the cheese pulled off of the slice when we tried to take a slice. One pizza was not cooked all the way and the raw dough stretched apart when picking up a slice. The 3rd was literally half crust, it was like a small pizza on top of a large crust. Pics included. No one followed up once they were dropped off. The gate exiting the ball pit is broken and doesn't have a spring or bumper to keep it from slamming. A girl at our party got her finger badly smashed in the gate, it was bleeding. I didn't see what gate she was talking about until an hour later when it almost got my child's hand. It is metal slamming against metal with kids flinging it opened and closed, the catch that slams is child hand level. There was an employee near that area but standing 10 to 15 feet from the gate and either did not notice or did not care.

All the kids had a blast! The layout and available facilities were pretty well rounded and exciting. The reserved stars are due to the staff. Almost every single one of them should be replaced. They appear to truly hate their job. I know the place itself is enough to bring smiles, but I swear these individuals are carnies hired right off of a mobile festival crew. Upon entry, waited in line for 15 min or so just to be advised that was not an entry line hit a membership line. I roped the area off as it should have been. You'll first notice the scent of sweat and BO, instead of bleach and cleaner solutions. Right off the bat I had to stop my girl from going on the zip line because her harness was falling off, then later I thought the rock climbing area was closed down but the girl working the area was passed smooth out. When I woke her up she was stumbling, could barely stand up or even speak. The manager was very nice and supportive. Maybe she had a medical issue v/s what I hope wasn't the case 💊 . However, either one is just as equally dangerous as one of the kids could easily fall and get hurt. They depend on the parents too heavily here. Get your staff in line or we won't be back. Oh btw, $4.60 is way too much for a tiny cup of dipping dots.

The kids always have a blast until we drag them out the door. They utilize every area of this huge playground extravaganza packed building. They play dodgeball, climb and fly with harnesses, play dollar machines(video games), play in ball pits and jungle gyms, and icees are always a must. Fun to the max for the little ones. Wish we had this in the 80s-90s! *Staff is awesome making sure kids are safe when climbing and they are always polite and patient and that surprises me every time because they are just barely young adults themselves. That was 8 months ago. My son turned 7 and celebrated at urban air. We were disappointed to learn after paying $450 that some kids could not do the zip line. Those kids had done it before, but new management said no. They gave us a $40 discount and my husband absentmindedly tipped the girl who barely smiled $50. We will think twice before going back.
