We had a birthday room package. We had done a birthday at a table 1.5 years ago and it was great, this time was is a sign that says New Management and rules will be enforced. All the bathrooms, including the family bathrooms were trashed. Dirty toilet seats, no paper towels, trash everywhere. Not as many things were open as last time..the spinning trampoline obstacle was not going. They seemed disorganized but not understaffed...just not proactive or service oriented. We ordered 3 pizzas. The cheese pizza was extremely greazy and all the cheese pulled off of the slice when we tried to take a slice. One pizza was not cooked all the way and the raw dough stretched apart when picking up a slice. The 3rd was literally half crust, it was like a small pizza on top of a large crust. Pics included. No one followed up once they were dropped off. The gate exiting the ball pit is broken and doesn't have a spring or bumper to keep it from slamming. A girl at our party got her finger badly smashed in the gate, it was bleeding. I didn't see what gate she was talking about until an hour later when it almost got my child's hand. It is metal slamming against metal with kids flinging it opened and closed, the catch that slams is child hand level. There was an employee near that area but standing 10 to 15 feet from the gate and either did not notice or did not care.

All the kids had a blast! The layout and available facilities were pretty well rounded and exciting. The reserved stars are due to the staff. Almost every single one of them should be replaced. They appear to truly hate their job. I know the place itself is enough to bring smiles, but I swear these individuals are carnies hired right off of a mobile festival crew. Upon entry, waited in line for 15 min or so just to be advised that was not an entry line hit a membership line. I roped the area off as it should have been. You'll first notice the scent of sweat and BO, instead of bleach and cleaner solutions. Right off the bat I had to stop my girl from going on the zip line because her harness was falling off, then later I thought the rock climbing area was closed down but the girl working the area was passed smooth out. When I woke her up she was stumbling, could barely stand up or even speak. The manager was very nice and supportive. Maybe she had a medical issue v/s what I hope wasn't the case 💊 . However, either one is just as equally dangerous as one of the kids could easily fall and get hurt. They depend on the parents too heavily here. Get your staff in line or we won't be back. Oh btw, $4.60 is way too much for a tiny cup of dipping dots.

I took my friends 3 boys and their neighbors twins to Urban Air in Beaumont on Saturday Dec. 30th. We had an easy time getting everyone bands and socks before we all began to play and jump. After a few hours we all started getting hungry and decided to get a pizza, while trying to round up all 5 of the boys to eat the oldest ran up to me saying a boy was getting jumped so I picked up the pace looking for the youngest 2 when one of the youngest ran up to me crying saying he and another boy had gotten jumped by 30 older boys (15-16 years old) along with some younger boys. When I went to find the youngest I see the group of boys who jumped him along with 3 employees who are all smiling and giving each other high fives. At this point I’m heated I start yelling at the employees because not only did they not stop my boy from getting jumped they encouraged it, I was also asking for the manager and looking for the youngest while trying to get the other 4 to sit down. After addressing the issue with management I allow the boys to go play. The kids continued to harass the boys and I just advise them to ignore them and take the high road. Then one lady got arrested for stealing from target and went to urban air to hide, another girl brought a gun and was waving it around in the bathroom and pointed it on another girl so she got arrested aswell. Then the boys were eating when one of the same kids that jumped started cussing them out and flipping them off he then proceeded to yell at them to fight him in the bathroom, they found me and we deescalated the situation and went on about our day. Then around 8 pm we were playing dodge ball and the other kids decided to put my boys on one side and beat them with the balls. Then the same kids started harrassing me and the boys yet again calling everyone fat and cussing at everyone trying to fight us so we decided we were leaving. One of the managers came up to us and told us to leave along with the other group of kids but she told us me and the 5 boys would be able to jump for free for the following day. Arline one of the employees was incredible throughout the whole 6 hours we were there. She was absolutely amazing, the boys loved her and she even danced with them and would continue to check in on them throughout the rest of our experience there. She definitely recovered our night!!! Thank you once again Arline,...

The worst birthday party experience ever for my son. My son birthday is on Christmas. I went up to the facility three weeks in advance to inquire about parties and was told to book online. I called the store two weeks in advance to see if I could bring outside food and was told that the only thing that could be brought inside is a cake. The day of the party 12/26/2020, my mom get to the event with the cake was told to turn around that the cake could not be brought inside. Quoted $163 to bring a cake inside for a last minute party for three kids and four adults. Then the manager kept asking if he was the person that I spoke with . I described the man that I spoke with and he stated that if it was him that he didn't say that. I got frustrated with the man so I continued the conversation with the cashier inquiring if I could set up my son membership but pay in advance for the upcoming year. She also declined and told me to do it online. Welp lost that opportunity for membership. Next situation at the same event, I paid for the highest package even though I knew my son was going to do anything in the air and my son repeatedly kept coming to tell me that he was told that he couldn't participate in a certain section because the worker didn't feel like watching him. Same event went to order the pizza that includes the 4 drinks and 2 large pizzas . I ordered the 4 drinks first and informed the worker that I was going to get the pizza order but left the money with her . She cashed the order out with the drinks only for $12 and told me that I was going to have to repay for the drinks to order the pizza. When I asked for a refund. She told me that she didn't do refunds. I asked for the manager which was the same man previously who dragged his feet to come speak with me. He did refund me my money but when I left he started speaking about me in an unprofessional manner that was observed by my family that was still at the counter that recorded him making comments. By far the worst party that I have ever experience and if it was for my son really wanting to go there specifically we would have left. But I didn't want to ruin his birthday. Not a clean facility with sticky floors, spilled drinks, not sanitizing the tables. Unprofessional staff...

Visited on a Saturday 1/26/19. First off my kids did have a blast on all the attractions. This facility is new so all the equipment is in great shape. It was extremely busy which is not the main concern. However the place was a wreck with every trash can was fill to the brim. They were severely understaffed and what staff they did have was not focused on customer service. This was our first time to this facility so there was not a clear define procedure to sign up. We did not know we had to sign a disclaimer until we had been waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Then I had to panic to get it filled out online for my kids before we got to the cashier. Then when we were finally serviced at the main counter after 30 minutes in line the cashier would not speak to us. She answered questions with just a head nod. Also this facility makes you buy their socks at a cost of $2.50 a pair on top of the fee to use the equipment. That is not a lot of money for the socks but on the main counter there is a sign that states the socks will not improve safety on the equipment at all. So what is the point other than to get another $2.50 a person. When we finally got all of the entry fees out of the way the kids had a great time. After about 2 hours everyone was getting thirsty and ready for a snack. I went to the snack bar and here we go again. I waited in the line for 15 minutes and watched the 2 employees just take there time and not showing any since of urgency to assist customers. I finally got out of line and went to Northern Tools next door and purchased drinks. Overall I was impressed by the equipment and layout of the facility. I was not impressed with the employees. In my opinion more effort needs to be applied in finding the right employees and not just oxygen/carbon dioxide ex-changers. I will consider other options before returning to this...
