AMBER is the BEST SERVER at location by Dowlen Rd. She is very attentive, super friendly, always checking on us, she definitely goes above and beyond, and I will request her every time I go from now on. This was our 2nd time with her serving us and we were again feeling as if we had that same exceptional experience and warm hospitality even with them having my order wrong because they were super busy and had different cook filling in. (Which was out of her control) She was still on her game and making sure her customers were taken care of. She is the BEST! Thank you AMBER! I wish there were more people like you! You deserve a huge RAISE! Place was super CLEAN. and we did get our salsa in a styrofoam cup but it was the first in decades… so, with the crowds, Christmas rush, short of staff, and everything it isn’t anything to complain about. Our waitress was not around,waited for awhile.it wasn't busy, waited about 10 minutes before we could put our drink order in then then we had to wait 20 minutes before we can order our food. When our food came out we didn't get it all then what we asked for are tortillas for the fajita she said we had to pay for them. They came with the fajitas they were tough they weren't cooked all the way to say the least we didn't leave a tip because she never came back we waited at the register for another 20 minutes to pay for our food did not get reveals didn't even get asked for refills we finally got up and walked to the register to leave and had to wait there for another 10 to 15 minutes to get our ticket because the hostess couldn't find her so she surely wasn't busy because there was only three other customers right there on her side will not be back at this Castle a again on the corner of I-10 and Dowlen don't go...

We just moved to the Silsbee area recently and decided to try a favorite- Casa Ole! So we stopped here and we ended up with the absolute most respectful and attentive waitress (her name was Mrs. Tammy) me and my fiancé have ever dealt with (including in our old hometowns and in this surround area). We let the manager (Mrs. Darlene) know just how great of a waitress they had! The manager was great and showed appreciation directly to the waitress! They both welcomed my fiancé and I to the area! Our total wasn’t but like $24 so we left a $20 tip and I left her a note on the ticket saying we appreciated her bringing positivity to us that day (we needed it).
