Office Depot — Attraction in Beaumont

Went in Office Depot on Stagg Drive in Beaumont Texas at 510p on 06/11/2023. I need 2 cards laminated & 3 papers scanned. I went to the counter & it took the young man a while to come greet me. He said he didn't know how to laminate. He went got the general manager for me. The manager that came was wrinkled & not groomed properly. He said the laminated machine was already turned off asked could I come back tomorrow. I asked why was it turned off & the store don't close til 6p. He said it's his store & his decision. I replied Wow & walked out of store. I came back in asked his name & he removed his badge from his shirt. He told me he was not giving his name for me to call & make a report. I told him if he was abiding by the policy & procedures here he wouldn't have to be worried about being reported. He told me to leave the store I was no longer welcomed that I was banned from the store. I made sure to tell him he was one of the worst managers I've ever come in contact with. I told him he had went to far for know reason. I would be contacting corporate office to report him. It has been years since I went into a Office Depot but due to my circumstances today the fax machine I normally would use is down so I found myself at Office Depot in Beaumont near H‑E‑B on college , the First lady representative that helped me was nice , she guided me to the machine cause they do not do anything behind the register once she walked away I realized there was no where to put cash so I asked the Second Gentleman representative if the machine took cash , his response immediately was “ Well what are you doing “ I explained I was faxing and I went to operate the machine I was able to see that I need to add a card and it would hold 5 dollars then as I went to press exit he rudely said “if you read you will see the hold “ a exchange of words was had and when I asked him for his name he refused , from his tone to his condescending response was definitely not acceptable then he proceeded to talk to the other customers about this exchange with me as a customer , since he refused to give me his name I not only will leave this review but I will definitely be contacting upper management due to lack of...

I ordered same day service for business cards, i put in my order in online at 12:30 pm and it said to pick up at 7 pm. i called to make sure my order would be ready the same day and i was told yes if i put in my order by no later than 2pm. i went in store at 8pm and they could not find my order, i was told it was not made :( i said i would wait because im needing my business cards for tomorrow. i honestly got no apology from the staff i was only told that they were busy and no same day order is guaranteed on the same day. my cards do not look very nice, the color is off and not vibrant, not worth the $60 i paid. i was also told to order online and have them shipped instead because they print better that way. why even have an in store printing service if they cant even...
