These guys are incredible! I’d recommend them for absolutely anything, be it the occasional small piece to the most important of occasions.

My fiancé and I got engaged in college when of course money is tough. We had looked at rings at the other stores around Beckley but most options were expensive, not the style we wanted, nor were they willing to work with my limited payment options.

Then I remembered I had a watch resized here at Calvin a few years prior. We were welcomed graciously by knowledgeable employees who cared more about us being happy with our decision than making a sale. They went over different stone types, settings, and all such with us until we found the one. Then they did the unthinkable. They worked with me to find a payment option that worked so we could get the ring we wanted! When compared to Zales and Kay, these guys make the transaction process easier than finding the right ring. Plus, they’re local!

Last is customer service. We had the ring customized in the specific metals we wanted along with resizing with no hassle on our end. More over taking it in for repairs, cleaning, and condition checks is as easy as walking in. I just got done with a repair and they took the time to look over the ring while I was there even though they just got it back from their repairer.
