My daughter needed foundation and we were at Walmart looking and I told her we should go to Sephora. They should have someone there that knows makeup and can get you exactly what you need. My little girl told me it might be more expensive and I told her it's better than guessing at Walmart and there weren't any samples or anyway to try the product before you buy it. You'd spend way more time and money guessing. When I was a kid, there was a Macy's in the town I grew up in. I remember there was a makeup counter that had chairs and women working there would find the right makeup for women when they came in. I'm very grateful for Crystal. I had a notion that Sephora may be one of those places that help women find makeup for women. She greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed help finding today. I told her my daughter has a dance and needs foundation and I don't know what I'm doing, I'm a guy. She just wants to cover up the blemishes on her face. I told her we've got a budget of $50. She giggled and told me she'll take care of her. Crystal swept her up and around the store. They went off trying different makeups to find the perfect match. I don't know what they got, a concealer, a foundation, I don't really know what's out there, but Reese knows, and Reese will remember. I just don't have an interest in that. Electrical engineer, you know, don't really care about makeup, but I do care about Reese. I tell you what, I'm grateful for the experience that Crystal gave my daughter Reese. I'm happy to see that there are still women that help women find the right makeup. You've got to remember, I'm 40, women used to do the Mary Kay thing when I was a kid. Oh I don't have the time to tell you how much fun women had trying on makeup with other women. I remember my mom used to get so excited. Read moreTook my mother to Khols today VERY disappointed!!! I wasn't feeling well so I stayed in the car. My mother called me from inside saying her debit card wasn't working. I told my mom it had to be the machine because the card was working fine. The lady working the customer service desk was making my mom think she was using the wrong pin. However we know the pin to every card we own. Needless to say I had to get out the car not feeling well and leave my dogs in the car. When I went to the customer service desk and put the card in the machine wasn't doing anything so I told the lady it was not the card it was the machine as I said. So the lady said maybe I should try the other side (DUH). When we went to the other side everything worked just fine. She never apologized for the inconvenience she caused to me or my mother. After all that I went to get a pillow to purchase. The lines was long so the store manager suggested we check out at customer service. I should have just stayed in line but against my better judgement I went to customer service. I asked the same lady in customer service if I could put my number in if I could earn points for my purchase she said yes. I put my number in but she said it wasn't working. I was told I could swipe my credit card to add the points for future rewards. I explained I didn't want to pay with the credit card just wanted my rewards points. The lady said okay and it would not charge the credit card. I swiped the credit card and guess what. It charged the credit card after I was very clear of what I wanted to do. Do not recommen ordering from Kohl's due to the unprofessional experience that I have had with customer service. I ordered merchandise from Kohl's and when I received the shipment, my shipment package was damaged, as well as the merchandise inside, and the receipt, and half the order was missing. Well after receiving the packaged, I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me that Kohl's would refund money on the damaged item, and the missing items would be sent out, but they couldn't give me any information on the items that they we're shipping out, such as order # tracking #. They also told me that I'd receive an e-mail within 24hours. Well three days went by I contacted customer service again, the only thing that they could say is you'll revive an email. Okay a week in a half went by still haven't heard anything, so I contacted customer service once again for the third time and all they could say is you'll revive an email, and that they are investigating the missing items, but still couldn't give me any information on anything still. Okay so it's been two in a half weeks. Still nothing! Would NOT recommend ordering from Kohl's, because of this matter.
