On 12/28/2024, I went in with an item in mind that I used previously and really liked. To my surprise I would be greeted by an older woman who took it on herself to suggest budget friendly options, when I was looking at Clinique, omw to Elimis. I allowed her to show me the product, with my dissatisfaction, I requested to just be shown the item I came for. Once again she looked at me and suggested I try the more budget friendly option... I'm not sure if it was my Victoria Secret leggings, Kate Spade purse, or Occupational Therapy shirt, (or just because I allowed my hair to rest and go naturally curly w/ little makeup that day) that suggested to her I needed to be pushed towards the cheapest option in the store... however, I just handed her the box of whatever she handed me and walked out by the third or fourth time she passive aggressively mentioned "budget friendly". I do not plan on ever returning, maybe after she retires. I just plan to purchase straight from Elemis, and get the subscription.. people come in for beauty products, not to be made to feel inadequate or...
