I experienced terrible customer service. The younger female worker became irritated with me because I had a number of questions about what I was attempting to purchase. You usually do have questions when first time buying items I would guess. Seeing that you work there and you would figure that you have knowledge that you would want to share with new customers.
Update: the owner applied to this review on another platform (Googles Map) stating:
Response from the owner: you must really wanted to leave us a bad review to give it under 2 different emails. good luck
FYI: I gave the review under 2 different emails because I'm sent a request to both emails in regards to the experience I have at that establishment.
This response is 1 - 2 years later. And instead of them stating they apologize for the unprofessionalism I experienced, they stated that instead. Well I write reviews on a number of platforms, and the majority of them are good reviews. My thought is if I'm going to spend my earned money in your establishment, that I be treated with some dignity and respect. Yes I asked the young lady questions about what I was purchasing to get her perspective seeing that she worked there having the feeling that she may have experienced some things from the products I was buying, or some say about what other customers have experienced. But I get a whole bunch of attitude. So not only am I going to walk out of your establishment without purchasing anything, I'm going to share that experience with others and let them be the judge of deciding if they should or shouldn't take that chance of visiting that establishment. And some people must of shared that same experience, because I have 3 thumbs up on this platform, and 4 thumbs up on the other platform the review is listed on. So if you frequent these type of sites, those many thumbs up are rare unless you have a number of people that have experienced the same treatment. So my advice to you is have staff in your establishment that are people oriented, and you won't receive my type of reviews. And good luck to you as well. Oh yeah, and I did find the products I was looking for at a people...

I inquired about some herbs and when I asked for the price, it was extremely high Especially for a walk-in place, not only that the that has a website that don’t even work properly. He hung up the phone on me and a price is way too high ordering off-line will be way better I will pay near $50 for a pound of elderberry online is only $24 that’s a big difference $46 my butt. 💯 no, that’s real talk check ETSY out. They got it flat out. It’s cheaper on line. Spirit apotheosis. They still good for something maybe ounces but not no pounds. They can never be a supplier. They want to double the price bad business hanging up the phone on people because they mentioned that it was a bit much so you gotta get the phone hung up on you. That’s crazy...
Read moreFANTASTIC STORE!!!!!!! Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Gigantic inventory of dry herbs they introduced me to a wild tobacco with a very high nicotine content. The staff was able to answer my many questions about mortar and pestles, and seemed quite happy to do so. They recommend other places to go and look for these items as they did not have the kind I decided I wanted. Their inventory seems to change often and I have since purchased 2 mortar and pestles for my many herbs and cooking habits based on the staffs information about the different materials they are made of. They sell many other things like ash trays, candles, incense crystals, song bowls, all kinds of accessories for all these items and they have a small collection of books. Easily one of the best stores in the greater...
