To start, there was no greeting upon entering, which gave off a somewhat unwelcoming first impression. The service was also on the slower side—we waited about 15 minutes to be helped. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement. One staff member in particular, the girl at the register, came off as rude since we walked in and told us to wait outside. The rest of the staff weren’t especially friendly either, though they weren’t outright impolite or seemed unhappy like the girl at the register.
On the bright side, we purchased about $140 worth of meat, and I have to say the ranchera preparada was a standout—really flavorful and worth coming back for. We also appreciated the complimentary green salsa that came with our order, which was a nice touch.
What really impressed me was the cleanliness and ambiance of the establishment. It's honestly one of the cleanest and most well-maintained meat markets I've been to—definitely an A+ in that department.
