O'Reilly Auto Parts — Attraction in Bell Gardens

Was on the run when the car engine starts to sound funny. Pulled over and opened the hood. Very low on oil. Yeah, well that's to be expected. I do a lot of highway driving...a lot. And it's been hot...record breaking temperature hot. And the car is an older model. I immediately pulled out my phone located the nearest O'Reilly's (only 10 minutes away) and drove straight away. Ase tiempo era cliente de o relly y hoy no fue día ma lamentó que tengan gente si experiencia lo cual fue lo peor ordene una parte que me costaba 141 dls. Lo cual pague por la parte me dinero que alas 4.30pm la tenían fui por mi parte y resulta que no era la adecuada todo iva bien ..Pero cuando pregunté que podían ordenar la parte adecuada resulta que si la ordenaba llegaría asta el viernes lo cual que les dije qu no que mejor me devolvieran mi dinero la persona que me atendió me dijo que tenía que esperar de 10 a 15min por que no tenían para devolverme en cambio y le pregunté que si su mánager no le podía proporcionar dinero y dijo que no el ya no estaba en horas de y que el otro compañero de trabajo regresaba de su hora de comida yo dije está bien espero tiempo pasaron 20min y llegue reclamar mi dinero y resulta que tenia que esperar otros 20 minutos y fue que me enoje con el despachador osea que ellos piensan que uno esta para esperar por su dinero fue entonces que queria ablar con su manager y nunca me diero respuesta y esto está mal por que para acer cobros por adelantado son buenos pero para devolver el dinero no se me ase justo y aparte deberían de...
