Bellevue Little Theatre — Attraction in Bellevue

This is a cool small theatre. Don't let the size full you though. The cast and crew deliver an excellent performance! In fact, if I were in the area longer, is return to see them again. The talent here is wonderful. Not just the technical vocal talent, but the ability to convey emotion, draw you into the story and make you feel what the characters feel makes this stand out. Plus they truly look like they enjoy what they do :) The only warning, and that seems to strong of a word, is that this is a smaller theater. The seats are snug, so you may get cozy with with fellow audience members. The bathroom stall door will likely be against your knees when sitting and closed (and slightly open before & after). Our first visit to this theater was a highly pleasant event! The people are very nice and friendly. The theater lobby and seating area are very neat and clean. The seats are much more comfortable and have more leg room than the Orpheum in Omaha. The production of 9-5 was a great show. I love when a community embraces the arts on any level. This theater is not a hole in the wall, but a small and very professional venue. The crew does an incredible job setting the stage and running the play's sound and lights. The performers are very talented and give their all. I highly recommend this venue for those who love live theater. The knick-knack shop next door helps support the theater. A charming little theater with personality and warmth. Don’t be fooled by the cute small town aesthetic - this theater packs in big talent. The performers at every show I’ve seen here have been lively and skilled- delivering electric performances that do any script justice. Last show i saw here was Young Frankenstein and the performances were an absolute master class. Laughed out loud the whole time.
