Dietze Music — Attraction in Bellevue

My son started band for his 1st year going into 8th grade. I am clueless when it comes to band. I called asking about certain sticks the teacher requested that my son use, I called the store and Brian answered was super helpful found the product I needed. I came into the store with my son shortly after and Brian was there again was super helpful. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Hands down the best customer experience I have had in a very long time. We walked out with 2 different kinds of stick and a rental of the instrument my son chose to play. I couldn't be happier and now my kiddo is excited to start learning this instrument. He was nervouse and intemedated. He is now in his room setting up his instrument happy as a kid on Christmas. This store is amazing.. The fact that I brought an entire zoo of kids and no one got impolite about it was astounding to me. Most of the time when you bring children into a music store you are immediately treated different but this was not the case. Aside from that, these guys were soooo polite and helpful. They brought me equipment to test out an amp I wanted, discussed the best options for me as far as payment and were just outstanding on price. I don’t think I could recommend this place enough. I will definitely be going to them for my future music needs. This just feels like a good down home midwest music store where you relish going in to snag the latest and greatest gear..
