It can be a bit spending over $20 for an hour of playtime for one child. And if you have a child under two they are supposed be able to jump for free, however if you don’t have any other children with you, they’ll still make you pay the full price. Which can be frustrating, especially if your child is not fully capable of really actually been using the facility. I I feel like the safety measures and precautions could be better. It’s just a double door that has a wide walkway in and out directly into a very large parking lot. There’s nothing stopping anybody’s children from running outside or anybody coming in and taking someone’s kid which is kind of a scary notion for me. My two year old was looking for me one time, I was drinking out of the water fountain and had my back to under her for a second, and she almost made it out the front door to the parking lot. That being said. This seems like a very kid, friendly fun place to take your children as long as you are rocksteady and keeping your eyes on them. And it can be very expensive.

I know that a lot of people are hesitant to go to the Trampoline place but they have in my opinion done an excellent job with handling things to make sure all is clean and sanitized and now even while jumping everyone kids and adults have to wear masks and they make sure of it. The staff are constantly wiping things down even if a child just ran in and another comes in they do it again per guidelines and then also they have cut off a lot of the areas that you just wouldn't be able to keep sanitary and have you make reservations that way its never over capacity and so you don't have to worry and they enforce that very well which I appreciate since there are not really any places to take my kids when it's a rainy day in Bellingham so Thank you Summit we appreciate all that you do! Also your new membership package ROCKS for those that go often or have more than one child, thank you for that its saving me so much money!!!

I am very pleased that the owners have added value to their experience and think they have done a wonderful job in the last few years (how long it’s been since we had gone).

It can be A BLAST! We prefer quieter hours.

True story, my kid and I both have Autism. I hold personal Rasta based beliefs (I love the Marley & Disney songs on the soundtrack, btw)!

In fact, every song felt perfect!

It would be VERY nice to have ONE or two low sensory hours per month (like FIG) for the good of the community, where all the parents who worry about their child getting too overwhelmed can relax in the knowing that they are surrounded by those who “get it.”

That being said: coming weekdays and early HAS been an AMAZING alternative to the for-mentioned request.

THANK YOU Veronica - she gave me that tip during our lovely chat.

She was good at maintaining a conversation & watching out for everyone’s safety. You picked a GOOD employee!

I also learned she is artsy like me & I want everyone to ENCOURAGE her to share her art NOW and fight any lies about perfectionism, just in case ANYBODY reading this felt a sting… that same thing goes for YOU TOO!

Mitchell is kind-hearted and on top of safety too.

Christine is super friendly and excels at customer service.

The manager greeted me a few times.

I wish I remember everyone’s name and they all did good all four times I’ve been in the last two weeks.

I have a B.A. in Accounting from WWU, ONE class shy of a Socially Minor and I wrote a dissertation on Angola (West Coast Central African Nation)…with a humanitarian album coming out… in the works and I have zero inkling how soon.

This is not a self-promotion, I promise, please do not look me up. Fame still feels scary even though I’ve known forever I was meant to shine.

I want to ENCOURAGE these business owners to KEEP GOING! You are DOING GOOD for our community!

I want to THANK YOU for figuring out the “tricky” ticket system Washington state has in place for the toys… the last I heard it was ROUGH and I highly doubt the state has spent money on there policies.

Lastly, growing up in Southern California, it was my FAVORITE thing to do as a child: the Garden Grove Chuck e Cheese had a harnessed zip swing that looped the building in 1986.

Just throwing that out into the universe if you want to expand to your ceiling! lol.

Have an amazing time jumping at the Summit Adventure Park in Bellingham, WA…

An AMAZING...

For a couple years now, we have been members here. The membership was a great deal compared to the one off price. We have enjoyed it a lot.

In the recent months, the changes to the play area, which included removing parts of the actual trampoline park and adding expensive Dave and busters style games has shifted the focus from “play and exercise” to “see how much money mom and dad can be forced to cough up, or get complaints from the kids that they can’t play games” when the reason we came to was to exercise. Can’t help but find this a bit offensive. Greedy.

They also tried to charge us for a 1 year old to walk around in there, who’s focus would be being held by mama primarily. Greedy.

But the final nail in the coffin was the new “seat alarms” that go off if someone sits in a massage chair without paying the outrageous fee that it costs. What a greedy, ridiculous addition. Very rarely is anyone using them for a massage. Whoever thought that up should get their head examined. I guess pregnant moms and old people can just sit on the hard picnic bench or get lost, eh?

We just don’t feel welcome there anymore, and wanted to share our experience. It’s a shame, because our 6 year old loved it. But it appears the owner wants to push away young kids...
