Edit Not sure what happened, but our last 2 visits have been awful. We used to eat in or take out from here almost weekly, always had consistently good food.
Went in with my in-laws and ordered a number of dishes. The fried rice was so overcooked and mushy, and had maybe half the usual ingredients in it. It was just gross, and we had 2 orders go to waste. The calamari was overcooked, and the service sucked. Never got refills, even after asking. We chalked it up to an off night and I went back with my son for lunch the next week.
We ordered goji beef, tempura prawns, and a side of noodles. The prawns were sraight up the grossest thing I have ever had in a restaurant. They were cold, rubbery, massively overcooked, and the batter was soggy. It was like they made them an hour earlier, and then microwaved them. The goji beef was so overcooked, the beef was inedible and there was zero of the usual sauce. So it was just dry, overcooked, and flavorless. The side of noodles was good, but we never got our drinks. Our waitress disappeared, when I finally managed to get another's attention 20 minutes later, there was no offer to remake the awful food. When it came time to pay, I had to fight to get anything taken off the bill, she had to get the managers permission, and they only took the prawns off. I've never asked for a discounted bill before, but we literally had 1 bite of each dish, and couldnt continue, and were offered no reolacement or apology. (The manager was sitting in the corner the whole time) I'm sad to have lost one of my favourite regular restaurants, but I can't being myself to go back.

It's loud if it's busy, but really good food with good prices and friendly service. The singapore noodles are our favorite, as well as the goji beef,...
Read moreComplete waste of $45. Wasted tip. Waste of the hour trip. Decided to treat my self and wife to Singapore Street noodles. Decided to spend the money and get us dinner. Easy order. 2 Singapore Street noodles. And a kids teriyaki chicken. (Says for 12 and under but it's about 3 bites, horrible deal but not the reason for my review whatsoever.) While checking in the bag, I only saw the top one was Singapore Street noodles. For the price I didn't expect a mistake, Goji isn't McDonald's. So I was confident in them. When I get back to Blaine to eat I have one Singapore Street noodles and one who knows what? I hadn't the slightest clue what they gave me. Some dark looking noodles with mushrooms and broccoli? My wife thought it was yakisoba. Either way it was trash to me. I personally will never go back again. When I got there he said what's your name? I said Josh. He walks away and comes back 30 seconds later and says are you Gary? There was only 2 of us there. This happened May 22nd Saturday. 2021. There's many places out there that when you spend your money you get what you pay for. You shouldn't have people forgetting your name in less than a minute and giving you some random food. I regret the tip the most but my...
Read moreI've been here several times, and the food is always excellent, but the service is always poor. The servers are usually nice, but very inattentive. Also, I went today with four other people - my daughter, my husband, my dad, and my dad's girlfriend. The waitress didn't ask if she should split the check or put it all on one. I would expect to be asked either while our order was being taken or before we were given the check. When she brought the check, it was all together, but she left right away, so I asked another server to split it for us. She seemed a little annoyed and asked how to split it, so we told her. She took our two credit cards and brought them back with the same single itemized receipt and two receipts for us to sign. I thought she split the itemized receipt so we could see what we were paying for, but she didn't, so it looked like she had charged my card for everything. I asked her about it and after a while, we figured out that she charged me for one thing that she should've charged my dad for. She took both cards back and voided the first transactions, then charged us the correct amount (maybe.) All of this could've been avoided if our waitress...
