Thorin systematically helped us find a starting point, and then through a series of comparison helped us through an awareness of how our body's pressure points were responding to comparison mattresses. At the same time, he patiently explained the differences in the design, materials and construction of various brands and models. We were pleased with the outcome. He didn't try to sell us the more expensive mattresses, he helped us determine the best match, which is exactly what we needed. Surprisingly, the best mattress for us was very affordable. This guy has a servant's heart. It is obvious that he loves his job and his depth of knowledge is incredible! He can also make things work financially for just about any budget with interest-free payment plans. For what it's worth, my advice is to start anywhere you want as you look for your mattress - just make sure you include Mattress Firm as part of your search experience. They will deliver and set up your new bed and take the old one away for you too! My husband and I bought a mattress, an adjustable base, and pillows. We started our mattress-shopping adventure at a different (unaffiliated) store, and we weren’t very impressed with the selection or the customer service. Our experience at the Meridian Mattress Firm was COMPLETELY different. There were a ton of mattresses of all different types and prices, which made it easy to compare options. The salesperson who helped us, Jay, immediately figured out exactly what it was we wanted and showed us a few different mattresses within our budget. He also ended up saving us hundreds of dollars on the package we wanted by throwing in some options heavily discounted/for free, which was what sealed the deal for us.

I’m confident the mattress we purchased will last us a few decades, but if we ever need another one I know this is where we’ll be going. Jay was a genuine pleasure to work with, and the people who delivered our mattress and base were incredibly professional and efficient. No complaints at all, very enjoyable and painless process. My Mattress died the last move I made, It didn't handle it well at all. I have bought from Mattress Firm several times when I lived in Vegas. I saw one where I currently live and was excited. I tried buying it online but the website is kind of a pain. I walked into the store #508050 Bellingham Washington and a very pleasant knowledgeable young man named Thorin helped me pick out a matress today. I am not a "normal" person who can walk in and say that will do, I have had 3 major back surgeries and I have hardware in my spine. Thorin listened to my issues and what I wanted. He took his time and made sure i was getting what i needed, he was awesome and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive thing there. He explained why certain Mattress would be best and why others wouldn't be. I already had an idea as which one I wanted but then Thorin introduced me to the iSeries Hybrid 2000! Sounds like a car 😄 but oh it is so comfy! I am SO excited for delivery and my first night sleep!!! I got the delivery package as well so they will deliver into my apartment AND take away my old mattress.
