Update: The owner reached out and was genuinely concerned and wants to do the right thing. For a business owner to be very involved, to me that speaks volumes. No business is ever perfect, it’s how situations are handled that tells me if it’s worth to get my business back. I really appreciated him personally reaching out and his professionalism on how he handled my situation.
I took my son and his friends here for his 9th birthday treat. During our initial time I noticed one of his friends was crying. When we asked what happened, he said a girl shoved him, and he hit his face on the pole. I was very happy that the employees took action and spoke with the girl, then reassured me that if it happened again they were going to kick her out. Later on the session, my kids were crying because these same teenage girls were purposely aiming and hitting other kids on the face at the dodgeball area. I went over to keep an eye on what is going on. I then see one of them attack my daughter. My immediate reaction was to tell the girl that what she did is not ok, these are little kids and she’s being too aggressive. Her mom then comes at me and shoves me and tells me not to yell at her daughter, while I tell her to control her daughter and not play so aggressively as my kids are much younger. Her daughter comes around and punches be on the face. All this is happening and not an employee anywhere near by. We went on our way on the other side of the building by the hoops and these teenagers continue to follow us around taunting and antagonizing me and the children. When finally a parent told the girls to knock it off. I finally was getting ready to get out of there. The entire group of family who was with the teenagers kept looking at me like they were about to jump me. Going to the parking lot to leave, the family starts leaving too mocking me and my children. They just kept going looking for a fight.
I wasn’t going to say anything, but when I saw my son’s friend’s face has a mark from when he was shoved, I called the place immediately and informed them of what happened. That’s when I found out, that the family who was there was a friend of the main manager of the facility.
I really suggest either hiring security guards to keep an eye on the floor especially when it’s really busy, hiring more staff, and having an employee stationed at the dodgeball area because that’s an area where kids can really...
Read moreupdate Matt, the owner of Tampoline Zone, is doing a wonderful job of making this right. I was assured that this experience was completely out of character and that a handful of balls were dropped. Corrections are being made and we will try again in the future with the promise that we will be taken care of the way we deserve. Thank you Matt.
Incredibly disappointed in the complete lack of care and incompetence for my 4 year old bday party that we paid a small fortune for. We have spent two parties in the past at Mountain Air and have had great success. At mountain air, we were tended to and taken care of by our server who went above and beyond to be far more than just that. This was absolutely zero comparison. I am so unhappy with our experience that I will never go back for a party. And there's no place on the website for me to email and complain directly to management. Ill have to call and talk to one of the teenagers running the place who were completely inept. I would like to request an adult to get in touch with me to Duke this out. I went home and cried after such a horrible experience. Spending the kind of money we did, should have come with the care and attentiveness to match. There was zero. I want my money back. Pizza is decent though.
Adult in charge, please respond here with a way to right this...
Read moreWe had a party there and reserved a room. The room is very small and tight if accommodating for 20 or more people. The AC unit that was in the room was filthy and dirty. It also said it needed a filter cleaning on the control unit so it was not pushing out cold air. The temperature of the room made it very uncomfortable and was cooler in the trampoline area than the small room. The food was subpar. We ordered several pizzas. The first batch came out burnt and charred so they took it back. We spoke to the manager of the park and he told us it he would make it right by giving us a discount and making it right. Well, that never happened. The second batch was a little better but still burnt. The manager told me he had no control over the temperature of the oven and so we left it at that because we had starving guests that were waiting over an hour for pizza to be made. I ended up paying nearly $500 for a room and burnt food. Very disappointed with this place and will never come back. However, the park itself is amazing and the kids had fun. The manager stated that people buy the pizza there all the time and never had a complaint but the pizza was...
