On Wednesday March 8th 2023 My friend and I decided to attend an open mic event at Craft Kitchen&Brewing. We arrived at about 7:50 pm and ordered 1 drink (beer) each and also a BBQ Plate. The show then started promptly @ 8pm. My friend and I sat down and started enjoying our food and drinks. We saw 3 performers and at that point about 25 minutes past 8, my friend decided to go get another drink. The bartender poured him his drink and then one of the managers (Katy Ipock) came over and told the bartender not to serve him. My friend asked if he could know why and the manager (Katy Ipock) said “we have the right to refuse service”. She said that “your friend (me) can finish his drink and after that both of you need to leave”. My friend came back to the table and told me what had happened. I finished my drink in less than 5 minutes and we got up to leave. We closed our tab and left. The next day, March 9th I called Craft to speak to Katy and was told she would call me back. At 1:16 PM on Thursday March 9th, Katy Ipock left me a voicemail message saying we refused service because one or both of you looked liked you had been drinking beforehand. The bartender should be trained to spot this and she poured us another drink because guess what? We were sober when we walked in. This is why I know this incident was a bunch of lies. We spoke to my friend's sister and she was told by another patron that we were asked to leave based on misconstrued allegations from one of the performers. Anyone has the right to leave an establishment whenever they want. And that person could have left it at that. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Craft Kitchen and Breweries’ Katy Ipock. Please reach out to me so we can clear this up before it becomes a...

Sorry to do this but the experience became outrageous. Wife and I order some drinks with no intention of eating here. Been there, done that, it’s mid. We did however hit up Los Brothers food truck over at Ponch’s beforehand and it was fantastic. I’ll post that review shortly. Needless to say, I had a little burrito left that I hoped to finish off at Craft. Not a chance. Immediately as I’m biting in a woman comes out of nowhere to tell me there’s a posted sign that outside food is not allowed. Something about the department of agriculture not permitting it. Apparently they’re not a licensed restaurant. Her approach was incredibly off-putting and unprofessional. Way to kill the vibe and ruin my day date. Didn’t seem to matter to her. I was a gentlemen and didn’t finish my burrito so she cost me that jolly. Overall that was a coffin nail for me for Craft. Oh and did I mention she then recommended their subpar food? She’s like, we have tacos too. Yes you do, and I could make better at home. You’re not Los Brothers Miss Delusional. What an unsavory experience that was. Oh and did I mention we were the only customer there? We provided excellent revenue with our drink order and now you’re willing to risk future business over a few burrito bites? Have it your way ma’am. Shall not return. Stay...

Take note, we ordered delivery. This may have contributed to our dissatisfaction and disappointment.

We ordered a Po'boy, fried chicken sando, fried oysters, mac side, grit side, fries, cornbread and southern greens. The overall complaint was everything was overly salted. The oysters had far too much breading and were mush on the inside. The Po'boy had fried shrimp on it ( I didn't expect this, as the descriptions were severely lack on the menu.) Whatever sauce that was used was again waaaay too salty.

We did however enjoy the grits, mac and cornbread. I did find these fairly basic but none the less enjoyable.

Given the times we live in, in regards to delivery, I recommend finding lids that allow venting to avoid soggy fries and bread. If they dialed it back on salt, breading and put up better descriptions for the food I would consider giving this place another go.

I understand this is a mom and pop place. I love to support these establishments, and would love to order again or come in and see some corrections. I say stick with it the...

Was going to rate higher for good environment (bartender is very kind), but dissatisfied with portions (5 oz of meat and 2 small sides for $16) and flavor (spicy bbq sauce is fantastic, but wasn't happy with the brisket or beans). Rating 1 because of the male owner. I mentioned the portion was small for the price, had both the bartender and female owner tell me they weigh it to 5 oz. I tried a bite of each portion, and politely asked for a refund the 2nd time I came up to the bar. The male owner confronted me by asking, "What's the problem?" And when I conveyed, again politely, why I was asking for a refund, he replied, "Well, don't ever come back," and forcefully chucked the food into the trash. I'm sorry if I offended him, but escalating the situation like that isn't called for. I would have loved to come back for music, games, drinks, etc, it's a cool spot. But that kind of attitude is not okay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of attending an After Hours Networking event at Craft Kitchen and Brewery last night, and I couldn't be more impressed! The space is amazing, offering a variety of outdoor activities like cornhole and Connect 4, which made for a fun and engaging evening. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, accommodating all preferences. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, ensuring that everyone had a great experience. We indulged in the sweet potato fries, shrimp po' boy, and mac 'n cheese—all of which were absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous. Craft Kitchen and Brewery is a fantastic spot for both casual hangouts and organized events. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

This place ROCKS!!! Did a Google maps search, saw it and decided to check it out. When you pull up you think there was a map error, yet if you look closer, you find this dun little place tucked into the back area of what looks like a warehouse. What a gem of a find. Owners are workers and extremely sociable. Nice little beverage selection and food menu. All good in my opinion. To top it off, they had an open mic comedy night when we were there. Patrons were interactive, friendly and overall it was just good old fun.
