West Coast Event Productions was one of the most friendly, organized, and seamless vendors that I have had the pleasure to work with as an event marketer for a FAANG company. The lead venue planners at my event conference even made it a point to relay to me that WCEP operations/delivery staff provided exceptional, patient + highly professional service when dropping off and picking up my item rental. That is a BIG DEAL for these event leads to point out in a sea of 150+ other exhibiting teams and their various vendors! Duane responded swiftly to my late request (sub <3 weeks) to rent a telephone booth from WCEP as part of an add-on engagement concept. He + his team were super communicative throughout planning and execution leading up to my event. I look forward to repeating my business with WCEP as often as applicably possible. Thank you WCEP for helping us bring our concept to life, and quickly-- your telephone booth was top-tier quality that put our execution a touch above versus competing rental companies who offered flimsy plywood structures. Thank you also for delivering to Seattle from PDX!

Okay experience - Dwaine is excited about his work and is somewhat customer focused but their pricing was obscure and continued to increase as we progressed further through the details.

They also push you to sign an “optional” damage waiver that comes with a cost; I was attempting to pass on this waiver but was told my contract would be terminated if I declined (or more bluntly I was told that the optional waiver wasn’t optional).

Be prepared for your cost to increase 15-20% from the original value...

Joe and the entire Bend team was wonderful to work with. They helped us with decor for our convention at Riverhouse and all the decor turned out amazing. Super responsive and helpful throughout the process - Joe sent photos of their inventory and helped make suggestions that were on theme. The team was there right on time for both set up and tear down, and we'll definitely be using them again both in Portland...
