I purchased the EVO GP-PRO Handheld Gimbal for my GoPro - Hero5 back in April because of the good reviews but I felt that I needed to let people know a few facts. The GP-PRO works well in stabilizing the unit but if you have a Hero5 black you will not be able to turn on the unit using the On/Off button that is located on the right-hand side. The reason is that EVO GP-PRO was not designed to fit the Hero5 Black. The right side it not accessible because of the bracket that holds the unit in place once installed on the gimbal. The only way to use the camera is by pushing the RECORD button on top. That is very inconvenient since changes to the setting will require disassembling the unit once again from the gimbal bracket. Installation of the Hero5 on the EVO is not straight forward. Also, they do not have the accessory cable as of yet that allows you to re-charge the GoPro directly from the EVO GP-PRO. The product support team keeps telling me that it is in production. It has been in production for 2 months now. The EVO Gimbal does a great job at stabilizing the camera and I would recommend it if you do not mind some of the issues mentioned above.

Read moreBuyer beware... Extremely bad experience and virtually no customer care. I purchased an Insta360 One X2 camera that was described as "Like New". The package arrived quickly which was a good thing, but the camera was DOA. I tried charging it with different cables, different chargers to no avail. Within 5 hours of receiving it and verifying it was dead, I contacted the seller for a refund. In total I contacted them 5 times. Via Amazon, their own site, email and phone, never received a response, not a single acknowledgement. In the end, I was able to return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, but I am out the return shipping cost. Yes, it is not that much, but I should not have to pay for that since it was a return due to receiving bad product and not me changing my mind.

Have purchased the gimbal for important filming,now DHL have the package sitting in their warehouse for a good week before it moves from the states.
Mot an ideal experience. Your support techs tell me there is no delays..... lol? 3 days no updates on DHL tracking?

Gimbal arrived, evogimbal staff dont really care that their website doesnt indicate to consumers that shipping timed are an estimate.
