PennDOT Photo &Exam Center — Attraction in Bensalem Township

Hi everyone.  Today my wife had driving exam at this place and it was her first time. Generally she has European Union Driver License 15 years and she is excellent Driver and she driving much better than most of people who work here because it is completely normal when people from Europe drive better because it is hundreds times harder to get Driver License in Europe and it is harder to drive in EU. I will explain you what happened and why I think most of people has to keep far away from this place . Person who was examining my wife was very rude from the beginning.  First what this black lady did was telling us it is her last exam before lunch and she is tired.  That's unacceptable to telling things like this to us because it is making us in rush.  Second thing she was screaming and she was talking very fast and not clearly. Third when my wife asked her to say again because she didn't understand she was complaining about her. Forth when my wife asked her to stop talking so loud she didn't answer.  Fiveth when she told my wife to go to parking spot and park my wife  parked probably to far from right lane but I am not sure about that, than she asked her to move side mirrors down letting her see the lines from the car and she told her she doesn't want go out,so looks like she was very tired.  Is it legal to ask Driver to move down mirrors while examining, I don't think so. Sixth, afterthat she leaved the car and checked the lines . Than they come back and she told me she didn't pass the exam because tire touched the line. Now I will tell you what I saw before my wife's exam . I saw young men who parked half of the car in spot and half outside the spot and he passed the exam.  That's what I saw today in Bensalem Driving License  Center. If you are white and you want to be examined fairly I recommend you to do not go there. God bless you and God bless The United...

They should hire secretaries who are more friendly and help people, not yell at them and speak badly to them... Twice now a chubby brunette with glasses in window # 4 and another woman who carries her head covered with a hat speak poorly to people when you are not wearing something correctly, you are there to help and not to harm, the truth is that I would give this Penndot 0 stars and if there were more negative stars I would give them... if they are not helpful do not look for a job where you have to attend to imperfect human beings who are only looking for help and that is why they are hired, to be able to help with the paperwork... (every time people come there should be a survey if they really serve them well, not that they start answering badly to those who come to carry out the paperwork for licenses... (Most of the staff should be trained to serve people well and those who are rude...

The security guard lady at this place is HORRIBLE. She yells at you like if you are in prison. The disrespect and the way she treats all the customer there is completely inhumane. I understand it’s a bit hectic right now because of the real ID mess, but she needs to understand that this is not easy on anyone. We do not want to be there either but have no choice but to have this update. I am reporting her and I do have video of her in customers faces yelling and treating everyone so poorly. No need for the disrespect and the horrible comments. She repeatedly stated that she has a life too and doesn’t want to be there all day dealing customers....
