Pennsylvania Department of Transportation - Photo License Center, Bensalem — Attraction in Bensalem Township

Hi everyone.  Today my wife had driving exam at this place and it was her first time. Generally she has European Union Driver License 15 years and she is excellent Driver and she driving much better than most of people who work here because it is completely normal when people from Europe drive better because it is hundreds times harder to get Driver License in Europe and it is harder to drive in EU. I will explain you what happened and why I think most of people has to keep far away from this place . Person who was examining my wife was very rude from the beginning.  First what this black lady did was telling us it is her last exam before lunch and she is tired.  That's unacceptable to telling things like this to us because it is making us in rush.  Second thing she was screaming and she was talking very fast and not clearly. Third when my wife asked her to say again because she didn't understand she was complaining about her. Forth when my wife asked her to stop talking so loud she didn't answer.  Fiveth when she told my wife to go to parking spot and park my wife  parked probably to far from right lane but I am not sure about that, than she asked her to move side mirrors down letting her see the lines from the car and she told her she doesn't want go out,so looks like she was very tired.  Is it legal to ask Driver to move down mirrors while examining, I don't think so. Sixth, afterthat she leaved the car and checked the lines . Than they come back and she told me she didn't pass the exam because tire touched the line. Now I will tell you what I saw before my wife's exam . I saw young men who parked half of the car in spot and half outside the spot and he passed the exam.  That's what I saw today in Bensalem Driving License  Center. Where do I begin, this has to be the worst DMV location available in the whole country. Let's start with the upkeep of the place, the place stunk, bad! The device where people get their vision checked was not clean, I understand the pandemic has slowed down but at least clean and sanitize the device between uses. The staff were rude and with attitude, they answer people's questions with attitude and treat them like they are five years old. The supervisor there (I think that was anyways) was not courteous at all, not a good morning, how are you, nothing. DMV supervisor, a good morning, how may I help you, goes a long way and remember that it's not what you say, it's how you say it, tone is key. The place is managed with ineptitude to the fullest, take pride on what you do. This place can do better than that. Ever since I moved to Pennsylvania I have been coming to this location. As long as you have your papers in order and follow directions, you will be in and out quickly. Today I was going in for a picture as I had already renewed my license online. I got there a half hour before they opened and there were at least 50+ people ahead of me on the line. Luckily when then opened the door, one of the employees was looking for customers who only needed to take a picture. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
