2 Things here…. read to the end! I was told the date was available and sent a contract and told to wait 2 weeks to view it because she was away or on vacation or something. 2 weeks later I go to view it as planned and at the end when I was about to pay she opens her calander and says that day is booked already like it was no big deal !! So I sat here waiting for 2 weeks with the money and contract in hand, wasted more time and gas to come look at the place for you to tell me it’s booked already. SECONDLY, the place is literally falling apart and smells like gas. You have to pay a security deposit because she says ppl keep breaking things but really it’s because the building is still from the 1800’s and is legit falling apart. It’ll work for your party, but just be careful cause even if you don’t physically break something it’s risky because EVERYTHING is falling apart….be careful and take pics/videos before and after your party if you want that security...

Used this hall for all my big events kid baptisms, grad parties, it's not bad but not in get condition. Called to use for my last sons grad arty and it's now up to 800 buy want 1000 to hold incase something happens. Gotta say I was shocked to say the least . It was 450 went to 600 with deposit now 1000. It's not a big place and parking is hard. My family has always had fun but def not worth that kind of money in my opinion. But if ur looking for. Small cute ok hall it's good for u.. the kitchen is pretty big when I used it everything worked but u do have to bring all ur cooking utensils and tin pans, crock pots. You do have to put out the tables and chairs u want and put them away which isn't bad but at that price I can rent somewhere else that will do that d For me. Totally disappointed that my last major event in my kids life won't be there but...

Where do I start. The lock on the bathroom downstairs doesn’t work, women’s bathroom upstairs is using a curtain as a door. Only the 1 oven in the kitchen works which was dirty . No stove top burners because they just threw an out of order sign on it and basically didn’t tell the renter so we had to figure out a way to get what we needed done for the party. Ended up having to collect a ton of crockpots from family to heat up and serve the food. The 1 oven that did work burnt the food at a temperature set to warm on the stoves dial.

Unless they put some money back into this place your better off searching for another hall to use because the whole...
