My sister and I ordered an arrangement of 5 types of succulents in a large, smooth ceramic bowl as gesture of condolences for my brother who recently had to say goodbye to his amazing dog/best friend.
First, I want to say that the website made ordering super easy and convenient. After that, I had a question about delivery that I messaged the seller about and they got back to me with the answer right away. Customer service was great.
Secondly, they have a fantastic variety of protects and arrangements. There is a lot to choose from and there are many very creative options available, and the site makes it easy to shop and navigate. Also, had I been 30 minutes earlier shopping, I could have taken advantage of the option they provide for same-day delivery.
So, there's a LOT I like about Bloom and I will most likely give them a try again because of all the reasons I've listed.
HOWEVER... while my brother was very appreciative of and pleased with his arrangement, my sister and I were a little stumped. We knew that the arrangement and perhaps even the succulents themselves may be slightly different than the advertised photo on the site but, to us, it looks hardly anything like the ordered product. The bowl was nothing like the one pictured, which was incredibly disappointing, as it was one of the favorite features of the display. I feel like if they didn't have the bowl in the photo, they could have done a much better job finding something that came close to resembling the original. As for the remaining arrangement - the succulents, the placement, composition and overall aesthetic - it too was sadly disappointing and not what was offered or described. Again, I did not expect an exact match of the product they had pictured, but I truly believe it could have been substantially more pleasing to the eye. If I'm able to attach photos to this review, I'll do so to show compatability.
Like I said advice, Bloom has a ton of great things going for it. Unfortunately, the product didn't match the service.

EDITED again to say that the response to this review by the folks at Bloom has been so positive, that I've raised my review rating and wanted to quickly share how helpful and friendly the reaction had been.
After reading my original review, I received a very gracious call from Bloom. The offered their apologies that the product wasn't exactly what we were looking for and assuaged any doubt I had about returning to Bloom. I'm happy to say, with such outstanding service, I can't possibly order from any other place next time I need a florist. Thanks to the great crew at Bloom for hearing me out and turning things around. Looking forward to working...

BUYER BEWARE
If you have an event that is important to you, this business isnāt to be trusted with your flower needs. Their unprofessional attitude and customer service is beyond unacceptable.
This business cost me a lot of time and effort on my end only to come up empty handed.....
I took time out of my schedule Monday February 10th, driving from out of the area to do business in person. They arenāt the normal flower shop I have used multiple times in the last year. I had been shown some of their past arrangements and thought I would try something new. This is where something so innocent started to go so wrong.
I was greeted and immediately steered to place an order from their website for a 10% discount. (After driving from out of the area to conduct business in person).
I made my selection and provided some details about delivery for Valentines Day. Due to work schedules we made a note for morning delivery at a business location (my other flower shop has never let me down with this request previously) What woman doesnāt enjoy receiving flowers in front of their coworkers.
Valentines Day arrived and this is where their customer service began to unravel. After my order wasnāt delivered at the agreed noted time, I really wanted to give them grace on likely their busiest day of the year. At 4pm my morning delivery order had still not arrived so I stopped by their location and asked for a status āout for deliveryā is the only response I could be given. At 5:30pm we received a phone call asking about our morning delivery and if she was still at the location. Our response was no and provided a new home address..
As of 6:30pm and a couple phone calls to the delivery driver that went unanswered!!
OUR ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED/DELIVERED
Saturday morning I made yet another trip to their location for a refund. I was given no explanation or apology for such wasted effort on mine and my girlfriends part or their severe lack of follow through on theirs...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was really excited to use this florist for my wedding because I had heard such great things about them! We ordered my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and a greenery crown for me to wear with my veil.
During our meeting I was very specific about what I wanted for my greenery crown: dainty and small, not too much. What I received was basically a Christmas wreath fit for hanging on a door. I'm not very nit-picky, but this was REALLY not what I asked for. My bridesmaids and I attempted to trim the crown, but it was still huge, and I didn't feel comfortable wearing it for my wedding even though it was $50.
When I called to request a refund, Russ answered. He was understanding at first but quickly turned very condescending and rude. By the end of our argument, he finally conceded to give me a refund if I brought it back that day. However, it was my WEDDING DAY and my party and I were 45 minutes away from the shop. He refused to refund me unless I brought it back that day.
I would've been glad to overlook the greenery crown if I was treated with respect. And frankly, after ordering hundreds of dollars worth of flowers from this shop, I was disappointed by the customer service I received and the refusal to refund a product that was not requested.
In the end, I did not wear the crown, but my flowers were beautiful. From what I can see, Russ will most likely comment on this negative review, but believe me when I say, I would not have taken time to write this review if I was not VERY dissapointed with the way this owner treated a...
