I was tasked with finding a professional but cool place to hold our board meeting as well as have some in-person CEO interviews earlier this month. While my company isn’t new, we are new to NWA. A friend mentioned the Ledger, so after checking it out online I called and spoke with Maggie M. and she assisted me in reserving the Chicken Coop room. If rays of sunshine could come through the phone, that would be Maggie! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From scheduling our two-day conference, to suggesting amenity packages that were just right for our group, places for lunch that were close and even places who cater, as well as great restaurants to take our guests for dinner and places for them to see, she truly handled it all. She even provided a detailed map and instructions to me to send to our guest on directions and just how to park. Maggie was always very responsive to my phone calls and emails and that was very important to me. While their meeting rooms provide everything needed and all we had to bring was a laptop, the one day we did have an issue (on our end), the IT team at the Ledger was on top of things too. Our meeting room was always clean, the amenities we chose were ready and waiting for us prior to our 8:00am meeting, the Guest Experience Team personally walked our guests up to our meeting room each day, the bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The building itself has a cool story that I will let you read about if you don’t know it already. Whatever your company or organizational needs, big or small, if you need a place to meet in NWA, do not hesitate to give Maggie M. a call at the Ledger. She will go above and beyond to make sure your time there is the absolute best. I assure you we will be booking with her again for our next meeting. Thank you, Maggie! Paula and the Pacific...
Read moreI visited the Ledger because there was an internet outage in my neighborhood and I normally work from home. Overall, the quality was very nice. The amenities were definitely on par with coworking spaces I've visited in major cities.
It was a bit pricy in my opinion ($40 for a day pass), but this is coming from someone who has a nice home office nearby. I do wish the memberships were more affordable as I would be tempted to pop in a few times each month as a change of pace. But $450 per month for a hot desk and $600 per month for a dedicated desk just isn't justifiable for someone who wouldn't use it every day. All that being said, I understand I'm not the target market so it still gets 5 stars because the internet was good, the space was beautiful, and the staff...
Read moreWe can’t say enough great things about the staff at The Ledger Bentonville! We recently hosted our Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting, and their team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. From accommodating extra guests to handling last-minute requests, everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive.
What stands out even more is that this isn’t just a one-time experience—every time we’ve needed anything, the staff has been quick to respond and genuinely great to work with. It means so much to feel supported in a space where we’re growing both our business and our community. We're very thankful to be here. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and professional...
