Billows Electric Supply — Attraction in Berlin

We recently did a major kitchen remodel and were in need of kitchen lighting. We tried to buy something online and also looked in the big box home improvement centers. We had zero success with this. We then visited your location. The amount of display lighting is perfect. Our Lighting Consultant,Sue Meissler was attentive, professional and great to work with. We were able to purchase our pendant kitchen light because of this. I will say that both times that I was there,it was busy but trust me, it’s worth it. We are very happy with our light! My husband and I went to this location to deal with a number of issues. When we walked in we we greeted by an associate that addressed us in a snooty, arrogant manner. We started with asking about replacing a cover for a light fixture in the 13 year old house we bought. Her attitude and body language made it clear we were annoying her. She told us they don't sell replacements. No "maybe we can find you an alternative" or any other indication she was interested in us as customers. We plan on replacing/updating may light fixtures for our home but we both felt unwelcome. We will never use or recommend this location...

My wife and I are building a new home. With the worry and possible confusion on selecting ALL the lighting and fans, we were anticipating being overwhelmed, however, upon arriving at Billows, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady, Devon. She immediately made us feel relaxed and took control in an organized order. She was knowledgeable, kind and extremely patient.
