This is by far my favorite store to go to. I personally go there because of how the people make me feel. Wow!!! Before I live in West Berlin, I was living in Pine Hill and would occasionally visit this store when I visited my sister. I found myself driving past several Wawas just to go to this one because of the people! It was Heidi that I was drawn to deeply because there is something very sweet and rare in how she would serve each client! Joseph was very impressive as well, he would always greet me and say my name with such precision and confidence. Thanks Joe!
Howard does a phenomenal job in training his staff and I cannot give enough compliments, kudos and praise to compensate for the wonderful job this team does consistently and continually. The leadership team, the gas attendants, the cashiers, the food production team, the beverage/coffee attendants are beyond fantastic and I am grateful to have experience this energy almost twice per day every week. YEAH💃🏻
Well done to Howard, Nicole 🙌, Ariel, Cindy👍, Heidi, Lucas, Nior, Ken, Dustin, Angelo, Christian, Brittany🙌, Michael🙏, William, Jordan, Jason, Audrey, Joseph, Ryan, Teresa, Guam, Daniel, and to all the wonderful members that go out of their way to help all of us as patrons.
I am completely satisfied with the team’s approach in driving excellence in how they serve and yes, a thousand times over, Howard you get the people part of your business right. Well Done!
Thanks for making a huge difference in West Berlin,...
Read moreCame in for diesel on 3/19/20 between 1-2 am and was met by an old man with a limp who began to belittle me and tell me diesel was self serve. When i told him theres no indication as auch he pointed the the back of the pump pillar (which is behind me facing the opposite direction) curious i got out. Seen a green sign which didnt say much in relation to diesel. So i went inside and got the on duty manager (KURT) who agreed to come outside and hear my complaint. When the employee was finishing pumping my diesel. I was explaining to kurt that there is not signage that says diesel is self serve. When the employee began to again talk to me like i wasn’t intelligent enough to under stand that the sticker is green because it means diesel and the red sticker across from it is red which is for gas. Even if that were the case why wouldnt the green sticker be on the diesel side of the pump and the red sticker be on the gas side. I gave two stars instead because kurt did try and offer something for my trouble but didnt stop his employee from belittling me. And the man did pump my diesel. This man doesnt understand that i spend over $100,000.00 a year in wawa fuel alone to fuel my fleet. I just dont think i could go back to this location as long as this old...
Read moreOut of all the Wawa's I've been to this Wawa seems to be the worst as far as personality and upkeep. I was just there at 6 p.m. on a Sunday no customers in the store and the coffee aisle is bear. At this time there are two managers on one is named Diane who seems to do you think it's more important to have pow wows with five employees behind the deli counter. I asked the girl at the counter when I checked out and she knew and she replied to me no she's not. I said she's terrible at her job because she has 5 people standing around doing nothing including her and the oldest employee doing all the stocking of the coffee aisle. I told the girl at the register that she's terrible at her job and you can tell her that. Then she proceeded to go to the front window and wave at me as I'm leaving as I went in to talk to her because she had to wave at me a friend of hers who is a customer threatened me and told me I better get out of here where she enjoyed and smiled. If this is the type of employees that you have who can get customers to threaten other customers I recommend you shut this place down immediately because you're losing business and you could probably see that being on a Sunday and the...
