I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni, we got home and noticed the pizza was full cheese, no pepperoni. No big deal honestly,
We called Scottos to see if there was something we can do, whether it was get a new pizza or refunded for the pepperoni portion. They told us that we WERE NOT charged for the pepperoni, but they would replace the pizza but we’d have to give the original pizza back (which is gross) , my kids already started eating the pizza so that wasn’t even an option, so we just let it go since they said we weren’t charged.
So we hung up and let it go, no problem, mistakes happen, if we weren’t charged no big deal.
My wife then proceeded to look at the receipt and guess who was charged for pepperoni?!? They flat out lied to us to keep the pepperoni charge, how ridiculous. It’s the PRINCIPAL, has nothing to do with the pepperoni or the $1.81, you flat out lied to us.
When I confronted the employee, they said they checked the pizza makers paper and it had no pepperoni on it, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULDNT CHECK THE POS SYSTEM FOR A CHARGE but check the pizza makers notes? Are you kidding me. Then he HUNG UP on me, I get that I was mad that you lied to me about the charge, then when I found out, you blame it on some nonsense and don’t even go above and beyond to fix it after you lied. Crazy, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You lost a customer for life, and I promise I’ll be telling everyone I know. If you lied to me, you’ve lied to others 100%

Well a girl answered the phone when my wife ordered and said they haven't made them for 4 years. If you do a little looking around, you see on the printable menu that it was last updated on 5/2014. So if thats the case and the salad is listed on there, then she was either lying or they are about 2 years behind what she claimed in not making it for the last 4 years. When my wife said I have been getting before and the last time less that 3 weeks ago, she rudely told my wife to hold. She came back and again said "We don't make it". The girl was rude and abrupt about it and didn't say sorry or offer any explanation why we had been getting it for the past year. Today they forgot to send 10 wings and salad dressing for our order - when we called back we were asked to pay another delivery fee and they were going to charge us for wings that would now be an hour late (that caused someone in our party to not have a meal to eat and that they forgot to add to our order). This is a consistent problem and is never met with kindness or assistance and instead with annoyance at the customer that ordered correctly in the first place.
